Relax

Habitación muy grande y cómoda, piscina muy bonita, personal súper amable. Es un ambiente muy tranquilo, donde relajarse. Los trabajadores están siempre con una sonrisa y una educación infinita. Todo muy limpio.

Aconsejo que en los baños de las habitaciones dejen más jabón y champú, todo lo demás bien😉

Great value for money & lovely staff!

Ronnie was very welcoming from the minute we arrived, offering us cold towels and orange juice which was a lovely touch. He also made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. In fact, all of the staff were attentive and nice. The location was great for us and the breakfast was really delicious. We also ate other meals too, which were all delicious and affordable (the Korean Tofu stew was delicious). It was definitely great value for money and we ended up extending our stay for a few more nights because of it!

The bathroom in our room was quite rundown (leaked when it rained and needed a good scrub clean). However, for the price we paid I can’t really complain… but it would be good to have this fixed for future guests!

Excellent choice for a large family, good food, great service and location is nice and quiet.

Great service and spacious, clean rooms.

The only thing was the water in the pool had far too much chemicals in it. After I dived in I could hardly open my eyes for a good 5 minutes and they were really painful too. Had to rinse with clean water for several minutes before the stinging sensation went away. I hope they alter the mix of whatever they put in because it's a great pool and a lovely place to stay - good food too :)

여행중 하룻밤이 거의 정전으로 힘들었어요. 온수가 없어서 4박 내내 찬물샤워.ㅠ 수압 약해서 아쉬워요.

- geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer mit genug Ablagefläche, TV und Kühlschrank - Leckeres Frühstück - Toller Pool, in dem man gut schwimmen kann - Sehr ruhig, dafür etwas abseits vom Trubel - super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal - super Fahrräder die man mieten kann

Nur ein Paar Kleinigkeiten: - leider kein Wäscheservice (gibt es aber in der Nähe) - Regenzeit: im Bad hat es bei uns an mehreren Stellen getropft/reingeregnet + große Pfütze am Hoteleingang - WLAN ging manchmal nicht so gut

Excellent!

Second time in Gili T and surprised how great the stay at Villa Pine tree was! We are super thankful to the staff, they were amazing! Enjoyed every second there. And the restaurant is really good, breakfast amazing. 10/10

We enjoyed every moment of our stay here. The staff are just amazing, so welcoming and helpful, thanks, guys!! The property itself is a great value: the room and the bathroom were spacious and clean, all of the facilities were in good working condition, nothing really to complain about. We also liked the pool.

Le personnel donne tout pour nous faire passer un super séjour. Mention spéciale pour Roniyy qui est une personne exceptionnelle! Petit déjeuner correct Piscine Les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables, bien équipées avec tv, réfrigérateur, bureau et meuble de jardins sur terrasse. ménage quotidien Parfait en famille, on recommande à fond! un peu à l’écart pour ne pas entendre le bruit des bars. sur la seule piste traversière permettant d’aller voir le sunset.

prix des boissons en extra les vélos proposés à la location ne sont pas en super état mais pas cher, 30k. Il manque peut-être un fil à linge. A l’arrivée depuis le port, c’est un peu loin à pied avec des gros sacs, mieux vaut payer un taxi cheval.

Great budget option, lovely staff.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and so friendly. It was quite quiet and the pool was nice.

The rooms were outdated, my friend had a stain on her sheets and in my room there was a large area with paint peeling off of the walls. It was also far out.

Tutto il personale era super amichevole, educati e molto professionali. Si sono presi cura di noi dal primo momento fino all’ultimo. Ti aiutano in qualsiasi cosa, per quanto riguarda le riserve di escursioni, la riserva di biciclette, le riserve di barche… Tutto. La colazione molto buona. Stanza abbastanza grande e accogliente. Se un giorno ritorno a Gili Trawangan, ritornerò sicuramente in questo alloggio. Consigliatissimo.

Quiet place, awesome staff

Clean property and very kind and interested staff. The rooms are spacious and we like the pool. Best part: we didn’t hear the mosque at night.

You need to bike to everything. Luckily, the island is small so you can get anywhere within 15 minutes.

The staff was sooooo nice. they take care of you as if you were a king. the welcome drink and the breakfast were very good.

there was a big moldy stain on the wall and the linens had yellow stains on them, but smelled fresh though. the location is a bit far from the harbour and the taxi ride with horses is quite expensive for a 10 minutes ride

Peaceful stay, easy bike ride to the main areas.

Nice quiet location away from the hustle and bustle, but easy to ride push bikes to the main strip. Breakfast was good each morning. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The private villa was family friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time, the food was excellent- having the breakfast included made our lifes easier. The villa was cleaned and the AC saved us a bit!

Probably it's a bit far from where all the bars and restaurants are, but for us it wasn't an inconvenient. There were still plenty of options around!

This płace is like heaven on earth. Super quiet and mega to relax at the Pool! The ambiente there is great. Also we wanted to Thank Ronny for his kindness and taking care of all our wishes. Clean room and a big bathroom were also a big PRO.

The place is really nice. Shout out to the staff!!! They are really friendly.

It would be best if they have the maps for this island in the rooms with their location on it. So people can actually considered where the closest place to go. Cause tbh this place is quiet far from the center but its actually really close to the sunset point. If only I knew I wouldn't have to go around from the center to go to sunset point! Other than that this place is nice, the staff is amazing. Oh 1 more thing, I dont know if its how nasi goreng was made in lombok but what they served is too oily, the taste was good tho.

The hospitality & guest obsessed nature of the staff. I walked with my luggage to reach the property & was greeted with a smile, cool napkin & welcome drink...the entire tiredness went away. Ronniy & his team is so helpful & will always come to greet you, check if everything is fine. He even guided me on taking cycle from the harbour & the benefit of doing so...On leaving he ensured I am seated well on the cycle & loaded my luggage on its carrier...Hope to visit again

This place is a must stay.

Our stay at Villa Pine Tree was all we wished for and more. At our arrival we were greeted with the warmest and smiliest welcome I’d ever received, as we checked in we’d been given a cold towel to cool down and complimentary orange juice. Ronny and his team made our whole stay feel very comfortable we felt part of the family. The room was impeccably clean and the pool was lovely, breakfast every day was also very good and cooked & served with a smile. Ronny’s customer service ethos echos through his team and really shines across, we couldn’t be happier with our stay, we will definitely be back.
