excellent location, just a few minutes walk from Las Ramblas. Lots of very good cafes and supermarkets near by.
There was no name at number 8, which is in a narrow lane. It wasn't at all clear if we were at the right place, and how to get in.

Great apartments. Great location. Spotless.
The shower was cold sometimes and flooded but it wasn't a problem.

Location
We were there with 4 adult. The bead was very small! We couldn't sleep well. The airconditional was very dirty.

Some more cleaning would be welcome. Also the days i had to spend in Barcelona were really cold and I had to use a rather broken air conditioning unit

It was central located and yards from everything
First of all we couldn’t find the property cause there are no signs for it but some local guy shown us were it was but even then there was no signs abover the door or anything just an intercom. The name above the door would help massively. The rooms were clean and spacious but really cold during the night, maybe quilts would be better than sheets at this time of year.

Lovely place to stay in a great location, right in the middle of the centre!
Although it was a little tricky to find, the staff on the intercom were really helpful and solved any issues straight away!

Great location. Room was spacious and clean
Check in was difficult. There was just a self check in machine and it didn’t work.

Lovely airy apartment, so close to everything, great amenities and spacious, very comfy beds.
Dark curtains, it would have been nice if they were light muslin to let more light in..

Comfy beds. Plenty of utensils, lots of towels, excellent shower.with powerful hot water.Good little hair drier in the bathroom. Plenty of sockets and near the beds.
The location was very close to the main street. The proprietor was quick to respond to my messages.
The apartment was difficult to find as wasn't registering on Google maps. The main door to get in looked like a prison door & the alley where it was situated stunk of urine. We didn't know how to get in so I had to message the property..Check in all by machine. Didn't actually get to see anyone face to face.
Quite dodgy steps upto the apartment. The windows had to be covered with long curtains as so close to opposite properties so it felt claustrophobic.
The apartment was basic but then we didn't pay much for our stay so good value for money.
Had to clean out the cutlery container as filthy inside & probably a bit of mould remover would help improve the appearance of the shower cubicle.

The 3rd bed was made up ready.
Clean and tidy.
Check-in was tedious. Unmanned as expected but every new tenant had to ring to get help of some sort.

Ιt was very close to Las Ramblas, excellent location.
Room was spacious enough for a family of 2 adults, 2 young children and a baby.
Our arrival date changed due to vueling strike but staff was very accommodating to this last minute changes.
It was very quiet and had a lot of cooking facilities (pots, pans, colander, cups and cutlery).
The rooms and the whole building was so beautifully renovated but the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, very thin and could not get a proper rest at night. We kept turning and spinning as the mattresses were very uncomfortable.
This was the only negative thing from our entire stay.

Centrally located, very clean and functional as well as very comfortable. Liked the self check in machine.
Stairs leading to the room are ver narrow and uneven.... I guess that's just how Europe is. We went in September, rates are still on the higher side.

very central.
tiny. definitely only suitable for 4 not 6. floors were filthy. No lid on kettle. very dark and noisy. you could hear all the neighbours. the street it’s on stinks of urine. damp in wall. bathroom was lovely.

It was an excellent location. The staff at the hotel where we checked in for the apartment were excellent. it was clean. It had a coffee machine.
The beds were like boards. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well. No real natural light as all windows faced into other walls which was not the impression given by the photos. Originally there were going to be 6 of us but we would never have all been able to stay there, would have been way too small

Excellent location, nearby everything on Center of Barcelona. Comfortable beds.
Very noisy all day and night. Hours before check out and already was the housekeeper knocking the door to left the room.

The location was excellent and the place was clean on arrival.
difficult to find initially due to a protest blocking taxi access. the host did not speak well enough English to help us through that issue, however a nice policeman got us the information we needed. I was expecting an actual reception desk tended by a live person rather than the difficult machine that checked us in. the pictures were not accurate for our apartment or the reception area. The elevator next to the master bedroom was noisy, especially at night when trying to sleep.

Very impressed with the self service check-in facility supported by instructions via phone. It worked very well!
The location of the apartments is excellent for Gothic Quarter and Boqueria market, surprisingly not at all noisy.
The apartment itself was very clean and served us very well for an overnight stay.
Not that easy to find the main door as there is no name on the outside.
Rooms were very tight in terms of space but fine for us as we were only there for one night and didn't spend much time in the apartment.
On the expensive side, but maybe they need to be booked well in advance to get better rates, or maybe that's just Barcelona on Pride weekend!
