Nice stay

Everything was excellent. The apartment was very clean. It is centrally located, and at the same time it is not noisy. There is bakery downstairs. Supermarket, Metro Station, Bus Stops everything is very nearby. Really nice play to stay and cover all the major attractions in Barcelona.

Great place to explore the city from!

The location is at the train and within a short walk to metro, In sight of Sagrada. There is a breakfast place right next door to the appartment building. We stayed at the apartment with 3 bedrooms.

There was just one sharp knife. Bring dishwasher tablets and slippers. There is only one tablet and the floor is cold. But our stay was in January.

Great location, bad apartment, it needs renovation and furniture should be changed.

Location

Bad furniture, bathrooms are old, broken, leaking sinks, dirty oven, dining seats are metallic, not comfortable like sitting in a cheap coffeeshop, they asked for deposit even!

悪くはないけど…。

バルやレストランが周辺に数多く、ロケーションはよかったです。メトロの駅も建物の真下にあり、便利でした。

部屋が古い。そのせいで掃除されているのに、清潔感に乏しい印象です。HPの写真を見ると、とてもキレイに感じるのですが、実際は違います。洗濯機がベランダの奥まったところにあり、とても不便です。最上階だったのが救いかもしれません。ただ、ベランダと部屋の段差が激しく、部屋からベランダに出るのにひと苦労します。ベランダに出ると気持ちがよいのですが、ベランダもとても古く、清潔感に欠けます。

Exceptional

The apartment is located at a great area surrounded by any kind of transport. All the touristic stuff are at a very good distance, both by transport and on foot. There are many bars, restaurants, coffe places, bakeries and supermarkets around the neighborhood. The apartment was cosy and also very comfortable for 4 people.

Although they let us check in earlier than 15.00, which is highly appreciated, the apartment was not totally clean.. I guess because we asked them to get in earlier. I asked for a vacuum to clean it a bit more myself but it wasn't available. The apartment was not very dirty, it just needed a bit more care.

Very good

The apartment was easy to find using maps. It was spotless when we got there. The staff kept in touch regularly to check if we needed anything. The welcome pack was sweet, thanks for the water bottles. The balcony was awesome, we had a great view of Barcelona especially Sagrada. It was in good reach of every facilities: supermarkets, bakery, metro stations. Overall we loved the place and will definitely book it again when we're in Barcelona next.

We did hear noises coming from downstairs post midnight during the last 3 nights of our stay.

Great location

The location of the flat was really good with a metro stop right at the door. The flat was as described. It was clean and well equipped. We were able to get in contact with the staff quickly when needed and our request for more keys was quickly solved.

One of the bedrooms didn't have a window (not a problem for us) Some of the necessities (e.g. toilet paper) ran out on our quite long stay and we couldn't get more. The showers showed some signs of damp.

Lovely place to stay in an amazing neighborhood

The staff were extremely communicative via the Booking.com app. They were easy to get a hold of and answered all my questions. They were able to provide easy to follow instructions for finding the keys even though I arrived in Barcelona pretty late. The space is lovely and the neighborhood is amazing. I love this part of town safe, convenient, and beautiful. The terrace was amazing! It was also nice to have a fully equipped kitchen.

Having to depart from this place was the only thing I did not like. I could live there. Pretty great value for Barcelona. Only small thing is that I could not find the laundry detergent.

Really nice appartment close to shopping and restaurants

Nice location, close to some nice restaurants, metro, shopping area. The terrace is very nice in the morning and you can see Sagrada de Familia if you lean off the balcony.

I was a bit cold (February) and I wasn’t sure how to make airco work. Also the apartment is at the attic and there were some people working on the roof late in the evening.

Basically, all fine — good place for family living, nice kitchen, beds, haven't found any issues. The only thing — is images of the apartment. It's hard to understand which photos are really showing your aparts until you get there.

Really not sure about the deposit system. Yes, it refunds quite fast, but the idea makes me think twice.

Amazing apartment. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing apartment. Very comfortable and cozy. We loved the original flooring with colorful ceramic and the colors of the interior! The view from the balconies and windows is great. And the apartment is well-isolated from noise.

Hot water would end quickly at certain times when a lot of people in the building would take showers. So we had to shower with cold water several times. More knives and one more cutting board would be great.

A comfortable stay for two in the the Eixample neighbourhood

This Alaia Habitat apartment has the perfect location in the Eixample Esquerra. Very central for us to explore the lively neighbourhood and the other areas. Easy access to public transport. The apartment is quiet, bright with big windows, comfortable, and perfect for 2 persons. The open kitchen is neat and has all the essential appliances, which seemed new. The big sunny private terrace was a real treat in the middle of the city. The rest of the apartment is spacious and we felt at home. Our couch was old and seemed broken and we complained to the customer service and it was replaced within 24 hours, that was really appreciated!!. The customer service is very prompt and helpful.

Just a heads up, the apartment provides only 2 toilet rolls, one dishwash tab, one washmachine tab one coffee machine tab and one garbage bag, ofcourse one set of towels and linen. No basic kitchen condiments-oil, salt, sugar etc. So since we were there for 2 weeks, we had to buy all those items. If you want the house to be cleaned or change of linen can be provided with extra charges. The apartment decor/space could be updated. The Iron doesn't really get hot and is damaged.

Old apartment with malfunctioning equipment

The location is good

The apartment is old and dingy - the pictures did not suggest that at all. The coffee brewer was not heating the water to more than warm. Wi-Fi did not work. password to the entrance was constantly being changed, making me having to go through the chat in Booking app 5x per day. there is no staff to help. this is not a low-service hotel, this is an AirBnB tourist trap.

-i wish if the couch was bigger as this accommodation fits 5 ppl the size was so small. -we asked to change the bed sheets as it smelled like it was not left to dry enough -not having a long mirror in all the rooms was a struggle
