Apartment was exactly as described. The air conditioning worked great, and we appreciated the guest care package. We honestly didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment in our two days in Lisbon, so we never really checked out things like the cable tv, dishwasher, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place for walking to all of the best places to see in Lisbon. Flat was great for our family of 5 adults and everything was as expected.

This property was right in the heart of the city, near the river. It is in a pedestrian only area, so keep that in mind. We had to get picked up and dropped off a couple of blocks away any time we used Uber. That wasn't a problem for us and we appreciated the flatness of the surrounding streets where many restaurants and shops are located. The unit has three nice sized bedrooms and a large kitchen. The living/dinning area didn't have a lot of comfortable seating for four people, only three people could sit on the couch at any one time. But, otherwise a nice space that was appreciated during our stay in Lisbon.

We chose this property because it was within a pedestrian area that was flat. It was perfect, easy to walk around to all of the Baixa sites, restaurants, and shops. The space was very with lots of space in the kitchen and bedrooms. Living/dinning room was a little small for four adults, but we did spend a lot of time indoors anyway. A very nice space overalls.

This property is beautiful! The location is amazing, in the heart of everything! Updated furniture, AC, kitchen and baths. Lots of space and great property management company that goes above and beyond to accommodate our late arrival. We appreciate the attention to detail with wine, water, mini-milk, tea, coffee, soaps, shampoo, etc. It made our trip so much nicer!

We really enjoyed staying here. Check in was easy, our host very helpful. The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of many sights. Very spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. There is a large grocery store about a 10 minute walk but smaller “convenience” stores are close by. Wunderschöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung im Herzen von Lissabon. Zentraler geht es eigentlich nicht mehr. Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden in direkter Umgebung.

Great experience, the property was exactly as described, clean, easy to access and located in a central location. Lots of room for us, comfortable beds. As a bonus, the Indian restaurant downstairs was very accommodating when we arrived early. They brought us complementary appetizers - and the food was delicious! We’d for sure stay in this VRBO again.

This was our first VRBO/Home Away stay in Portugal. After some minor difficulties reaching our contact to check in (we were 10-15 min late) we settled into this very comfortable place. The Chiado location was perfect and just a short walk from everything-good restaurants, the waterfront, the Alfama, etc. The apartment was as advertised with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, one on-suite. The place was very well stocked and a complimentary bottle of wine and package of coffee was provided. The front bedrooms faced the street and were a little noisy if the windows were left open, and one bedroom had somewhat limited storage, but those were only minor faults. This was a very pleasant place and we would happily choose it again. Thanks to our hosts for making our first experience here a good one.

Space exactly as listed. Very happy to find this neighborhood.(Brixia) So much to walk to for dining. Access to the best parts of Lisbon, very easy. Uber and taxi safe and convenient

Perfect tourist location. Lots of restaurants of the pizza, pasta, local fare variety. Lively nightlife, though that calms down by 11. Easy to get to the main square for trams, taxis, and ubers. There are convenience stores nearby and a good grocery a few blocks away. The apartment itself is quite pretty and well fitted out. It's smaller than the photos make it seems, still plenty big for the 4 of us. Would have liked another comfortable place to sit in the living room. The upstairs apartment had rambunctious children who were up early and awake late. Kids will be kids, and we might have just been unlucky with the upstairs tenants during our stay. All in all, it was a good choice.

The apartment was in a wonderful location to explore the city. It was spacious and well equipped. The only slight negative was the check in process. We said we would be there by 5:00. We arrived at 4:40 and waited on the door step until the property manager arrived. The directions to the parking garage were good, including a map. Yes- we would choose this property for a future visit.

Property is located in a great location for taking in Lisbon. Property itself is spacious and well equipped. Management Company was responsive to our needs; met us on time allowing us to enter property, arrived to check us out and responded to issues when we reached out. Unfortunately we had to reach out as the noise coming from above and below was very loud. Baby crying throughout night could be heard and then we could hear every footstep of the early risers above. I was told the insulation in wooden floors is not great. Below us there was construction and they started relatively early. The construction also caused an odor we were told. Sulphur smell permeated the property in the master bedroom. LV Premier Management offered to move us to another property (which they indicated was more expensive although they would honor our existing rate) although we didn't know what we'd be getting into and headache of moving resulted in us staying. In staying I used my foam ear plugs and moved fans around to circulate the air... Take away the noise above/below and the smell and I definitely would've given 5 stars. In short; great location, very responsive property management, challenging circumstances with older building.

This is a beautiful apartment located in the centre of the city, but it is not noisy. We walked everywhere. I would highly recommend it.

4 women friends s stayed here and loved it. Beautiful, clean, comfortable. Good location for sight-seeing. The only thing we did not know was that a taxi cannot drive to your door and it is about a 3 block walk, dragging luggage over cobblestones. Overall though, highly recommend!

The apartment was lovely! Spacious, well-maintained and immaculate. The location is wonderful. No need for a car. The bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms are modern. Even though it's in the heart of the city with the windows closed its very quiet. Heat and air is controlled by room so the four of us are all comfortable. There is a modern elevator for those who find the steps a challenge...or are just tired from all the walking in this beautiful city! If you do have a car there is a public parking underground deck just a block a way. But be prepared to spend up to 35 Euros a day...cash only no credit cards. But that is the going rate in most large cities. We walked everywhere in the city. There is no shortage of wonderful restaurants within 3 blocks. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to experience the heart of Lisbon!

The 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apt was described as listed. The den/dining room and kitchen were spacious. Rosa, our Lisbon contact, was helpful and informative. The apt is surrounded by good local restaurants and markets. It's a 15 min walk to the train station and central market. Our party of 5 was comfortable and relaxed. The owner has 2 other apts in the same building which can accommodate different sized parties. We highly recommend this property.
