The living room has high ceilings, large windoess, a comfortable sofa bed and stylish chairs. There are 2 full bathrooms (one ensuite, and both with shower enclosures). The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is open into the dinning area. LV Premier Apartments provides fluffy bath towels, toiletries for your first day and of course a hair dryer. The building dates from mid century and features a traditional facade. The popular nº 28 tram stops in Rua da Conceição close to the building entrance. A popular pastel de Nata bakery is nearby as well as many restaurants and grocery stores as well. Abundant clothing and other stores are located within 3-5 min from the building. Enjoy the ability to reach all of the major attractions on foot when staying at LV Premier Baixa DO1 Apartment. This apartment features AC and heating, fully equipped kitchen and is very comfortable. Kindly note: Property is fully cleaned and sanitized before check in. Check in between 22H and 08H- 45 euro supplement. Stays exceeding 9 nights include weekly cleaning.

I'd give this place ten stars if I could. It is much larger than the pictures suggest and was absolutely perfect for my family of four (husband and two kids, ages 20 and 23). I can't wait to return.

Appt was beautifully set up and is spacious and comfortable. Couldnt be in a better location being a short walk from all the main areas in central Lisbon.
Only reason not giving 5 stars is its up at the top of 4 flights of stairs which are quite steep. If you are slightly immobile with lots of luggage it could be a struggle. We did see some older ladies really struggle to get up the stairs.
But amazing place and would definitely return.

Great location, right in the center, a lot of stairs to get to the apartment, easy to walk to everything. We basically caught the hop on hop off yellow bus and toured the city.

This is a wonderful place in a great area. My only feedback is that it is a 4 store walk up with no elevator. That fact should be outlined in the description so that potential customers are aware.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 6 and was centrally located In Lisbon. We found the apartment to be well equipped and perfect for our family of 6 with 4 in their 20’s. Like many places In Lisbon it does involve walking up a lot of stairs with no elevator. We’d highly recommend!

Apartment is clean and spacious. Great A/C. Can be difficult as there is no elevator and 4 flights of stairs are required to reach apartment. It is in the center of Lisbon - a good middle to everything. The only thing is the walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the hallways and everytime someone is walking up / down the stairs. We had an issue with another apartment next to us having parties until 4am and us being able to sleep - the property mananger was able to handle this issue for the following night. Propery manager is very responsive and helped us throughout our whole stay.

Our group had a wonderful stay in this property! The apartment was large, fully equipped, and centrally located. Lots of stores and restaurants close by. It was also as advertised/pictured. There are a number of stairs to reach the property which was fine for our group but something for others to consider when booking. Communication with rental group was easy as well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in Lisbon using this apartment - would highly recommend for others.

The apartment was very clean, though it’s 72 steps up from the entry! Worth the steps if you can make them.

We loved our stay at this apartment in Lisbon. It was bright, spacious, and so perfect for a family. It is located very close to lots of restaurants, shopping and the metro. The management company was also very responsive and helpful.

This was a perfect home base for a week in Portugal. Great central location, plenty of room to settle in, very comfortable, easy communication with host, and exceptionally clean. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here our last night in Lisbon because of its close proximity to restaurants, shops and the airport. The apartment was clean and fully stocked, including complimentary coffee, water and wine. The communication was superior and we enjoyed our stay.

The flat is in a superb location and is Week situated for getting to all the major sights on foot.
The flat was really clean and brilliantly equipped- even with bathroom toiletries, toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets as well as a welcome pack. A really nice touch.
Comfortable beds. Great living room with seating for 5 of us comfortably would definitely recommend

Fantastic property, right in the centre and close to the river as well. Great space, well equipped and clean. Although on a busy street little noise. Quite a trek up the stairs mind! The hosts were super helpful and there are plenty of great places to eat within walking distance. Nicalau just across the way and Copenhagen Coffee great for breakfast.

The apartment is exactly as shown. It was spacious and very well stocked!!! Quiet location. Central location. Extremely convenient base to explore Lisbon. Everything was spotless. The washer/dryer was very handy. Lots of stairs to climb as others have stated. But worth the exercise.

The apartment has a great location near the old center. It is very clean. Everything you need is there. You need to climb quite a lot of stairs before you reach your apartment, but it is well worth it! All kind of restaurants are nearby. We did an e-bike tour with the company Boost which was just across the street. We had a great stay!

A lovely place to stay. Great location and perfect for a group of friends looking to explore the city. Be aware that there are four flights of stairs to climb to reach the apartment but this was not an issue for us.

Very helpful owner
The apartment is small, but well designed. We had a problem that was a one off and beyond the fault of the owner. He made every effort to try to help us. The apartment is far from the center of town and a bit small for three adults. There’s a nice backyard, but we didn’t use it since we were there in the winter time.
