***** UNIQUE 2nd Floor Condo Floorplan – No Need for Elevators for you or your Kids! ****** At the Beautiful Majestic Beach Resort - TOWER 1 This large condo comfortably sleeps 12 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion. * 2 Master suites – Each with a KING size beds and on-suite bathroom. The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub. The 3rd bedroom has 2 QUEEN size beds and a large flat screen TV. The 4th bedroom has twin size bunk beds with a flat screen TV. The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed. All bedrooms have large flat screen TVs and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay. This Condo is on the 2nd floor (not too high like many units, but still with a great view of the ocean & you or your kids are never hostage to the elevator in this Condo!), a perfect height to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the dolphins, or listen to the relaxing ocean waves on the extra-large balcony, or from the living room and the master bedroom. The additional wrap around balcony also overlooks the outdoor pools and the Majestic's H20 Bar & Grill located on the pool deck! The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook. You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly! ***Starting Jan 1st 2024: For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) only 2 parking passes are permitted per condo***

My family of 8 stayed here. Everyone from grandparents to infants had something to keep them entertained. The response time from any property management for any problems we encountered was fantastic. We stayed from Saturday to Saturday. It was overall a great time. Cant beat the view of the beach.

It was great location and plenty of room. It did have a few issues, the dishwasher never worked, some of the cabinets were falling off the hinges and the amount of cookware was not enough for the amount of people that were there. But overall we made it work and enjoyed our stay.

The property needs major sttention. I called the first day because a chair that was broken almost broke one of my kids skulls since it was completely broken.. all the kitchen cabinets feel like they are about to fall off and the thermafoil on the cabinets was flaking off several places. The washer and more specifically the dryer was rusted on the inside. Their were several rysted out chairs that could be hazardous. The second master mastress was so lumpy that my 95pound daughter in law to be said her back killed her every night. Master mattress was better. The Adirondack chairs were great snd loved those and liked being right by the pool. The walk to parking garage was forever. The other positive is the icemaker on the fridge was amazing. Oh, yeah the pits were basically not usable and there was no can opener. (Even handheld) that was bs!. I staid here last year with yall at a different place and the difference was night and day. We were all disappointed as we loved the place last year. Unfortunately, it had already been booked.

The stay was great, the location of the unit is perfect, as there is no need for elevator on the 2nd floor. The unit did have everything that we needed to cook and entertain our family. There were a few things that need to be repaired/IMO. Several cabinet doors were loose, and the dishwasher needs to be better fastened to the counter. Also, the mattresses are old, and one king has a hump in the middle. It’s time to replace it. Just for information, if you’re a light sleeper, the unit is right above the trash bin, and it gets loud for a bit when the truck comes to empty. All small things, but things to be aware of before booking. Overall we had a great stay.

It was a very nice resort on the outside Love the security of the property. My only complaint was our condo didn’t meet my expectations. The kitchen cabinets were in very bad shape & very disappointed that is wasn’t fully stock kitchen. We only had I dishcloth & towel. We had to go buy dish towels , a paring knife & can opener.

The condo was clean and had plenty of room for our three families. The pools were great and we liked that there were security at all times around the complex. We will definitely stay here in the future.

The property could def use some TLC (cabinet doors, dryer squeal, mattresses) but location to the pool was great. Only two flights of stairs. Was able to avoid the slow elevators for mostly all of the trip. Trees on balcony obstruct view, but that was made clear in listing. Overall good stay. 👍

Great location. Owner should think about getting another cleaning crew. Floors were so dirty. Had to wear shoes in the unit. Dryer was broken and they knew about it and didnt tell us. Cant see beach from balcony cause there are huge palm trees in the way. Cupboard doors coming off the hinges. Really needs to be maintained better. I was expecting more for the money I spent.

The property was clean and comfortable and offered everything we needed for a wonderful stay! We visit PCB and have stayed with this property owner the past three years and will continue! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!

There was plenty of room for 6 adults and a 2 year old in the bunk room. We brought an inflatable race car bed and it fit perfectly. The previous reviews were helpful especially for the unloading procedure which we are not a big fan of but works efficiently for the size of the Majestic. The owners were prompt to help with a maintenance problem. Overall we had a great vacation!

The unit was nice, but I had to put up some items because of the children. There were no plastic dishes for the children. We all had a good time...was a little pricey though.

Condo was nice, rooms and bathrooms were pretty spacious. It could use a deep cleaning and there were multiple cupboards that need fixed but overall it was good. Location was great and was within walking distance to many stores and the beach was gorgeous!

The condo was very clean and had a great location! We were very close to fun local spots and right on the beach. The condo had good appliance’s that made our stay relaxed! I would definitely recommend this destination for any large family or group looking to visit this location.

Overall we had a great time. One thing that surprised me was how far you have to walk with all of your luggage. It is a very large complex and when you get there you have to park at an unloading dock in a parking garage. You check out a cart and haul your stuff to your room. You have to have a second person go and park the car. That was really the only major drawback for me. But everything else was great.

Overall room was nice. Did have some kitchen chairs that were broken. Plus side was kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the balcony area was our favorite. Had a view and had some privacy with the palm trees

Our condo was nice, and the furniture was nice. Everything was up to par. The only negative we can say is due to whomever cleans the unit. It was a little sandy. ESPECIALLY the back deck. The second bedroom shower curtain was moldy and the tub did not drain well. Also, the master bath cold water did not work. Small things overall. We would definitely consider this condo again in the future.

We had a group of ladies from our church and we enjoyed the condo. There are a good many things that need attention and it is a shame that the spreads and pillow shams are not cleaned every time. It definitely shows. All in all, it was nice. The pool was very cold.

The room was awesome. Everything was very clean. The location was great. Walk down 2 flights of stairs and you are right at the pool. A few more steps and you are on the beach. Plenty of room for your family. Will definitely stay here again.

Disappointing dirty vacation condo
This vacation condo could have been so nice. Unfortunately it was extremely dirty. Soiled and stained sheets and comforters, filthy floors, garbage under beds, unknown substance on base boards, dirty walls and furniture. Only one towel for each quest. Condo right next to garbage room so garbage truck slams dumpster early every morning. A pair of Ray Bans disappeared from condo after checking in. Not the vacation we were hoping for. We have not received any type of resolution for having so many issues.

Great location great property
Great condo great amenities convenient to everything! The only thing I can say that was not great was there are 5 of APN trees right in front of the balcony that blocks most of the beautiful view, there is an area to the side you can sit and see but not the full view! Great time had by all everything Else was perfect!

We came with our 5 kids (15-1) and my parents. This unit accomodated us wonderfully. A few recommendations I would give to people staying here; if you have sound machines, bring them, you will be fine without them but there was noise from the unit above us and the trash compactor outside. Nothing that I would say should push you away from staying here. Also, last recommendation would be beach chairs as renting them can be pricey.
We did has some reservations about renting this unit based off previous reviews, and after going back and forth with the owners/management on questions we had we felt good about this booking. It has been recently renovated, they have gotten a new cleaning crew. There wasn't any mold. We are pretty picky people and we were satisfied. Yes, sand is easily tracked in, that can not be avoided-you're on the beach. If sand really bothers you, you may want slippers for inside the condo(we just swept daily). The convenience of being on the second floor hugely outweighs any little noise we heard. Our kids loved seeing movies in the theater. We made use of every hot tub and indoor pools were great when we had higher winds or a double red flag. We had one issue with a Hot tub not being up to temp and the resort was in it with in a couple hours. We were overall very pleased and if we come back to Panama City, this is where we would stay.

The rooms were sandy, and the vacuum provided was broken so we could not even clean the entire time. We also asked where our beach chairs were that were promised on the website and heard nothing the entire week. We also could no access the gym since they never responded either. Additionally the website says you get more than 2 passes on off season but that was not the case and a few people in my group had to pay $50 a night for parking about half a mile away. Overall a bad experience and will not be rebooking.
