Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Beachfront condo is located directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! We have 2 Master Suites and a 3rd bedroom. . Our condo comfortably sleeps 8 guest. Plan to relax on the beach, play tennis or just float in our year-round heated pool! Pool area has lounge chairs and tiki hutts. Charcoal grills on property. We have beach chairs, a canopy, umbrellas, beach toys, tennis Pickelball, tennis rackets and tennis balls for your use and plenty of games in the unit! We are located close to many attractions! If you don’t want to drive, hop the trolly and take a ride up and down the island! Eat in or dine out! We have everything needed to make your meals plus there are many great restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive. Guest provide their own meals. Washer and dryer in unit. Cable TV including premium channels, telephone with free local and long distance in unit. FREE WiFI! Parking on site! Please notify me if additional parking is needed. NO PETS ALLOWED. Our family has rented many condos for vacations at various Florida beaches. This condo is by far, the most beautifully decorated, well stocked and thoroughly thought-out! The owners thought of everything vacationers may want or need, then made sure it was in the condo! Condo was in a beautiful complex on a quiet, relaxing beach. Not only was the condo perfect, the owners communication was excellent. From the time we inquired, booked, checked in and out, they were accessible and thorough. Highly, highly recommend!

The condo was great. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, games and opportunities for family fun (included racquets and balls and beach stuff). The facility was also nice with the pool, tennis and pickleball courts. The fact that the facility has direct access to the beach was wonderful. Enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony off the living room and master bedroom. Owner communicates very well. Would definitely rent again.

My sisters and I gathered from around the country for a Celebration of Life for our parents! We wanted to stay at a place with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico! I have been going to Indian Rocks Beach for years with my parents. This time I chose Reddington Shores after finding Tracy’s amazing 3 bedroom condo! It was simply perfect in every way!! It’s decorated like it’s right out of a magazine and has everything you can imagine that you would need with a very well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms along with 3 great flat screen TV’s! The view was simply amazing and the patio overseeing the Gulf was the best spot for watching some spectacular sunsets!! Tracy is a fabulous host and made herself available for all questions before and during our stay!! I’ll definitely be back to this unit!! ❤️

From the moment we walked into the condo it felt like you were taken care of. The views were spectacular! We brought everything we thought we needed for a vacation but even if we hadn’t Tracy has everything we could ever possibly want/need to get through the week. Evenings on the balcony we’re great with the ocean so close it was the perfect place to unwind. The check in and out process was simple and every easy to follow. We will definitely be booking another vacation at this condo! The best vacation we’ve had in forever! :)

This condo is absolutely amazing, it is beautiful and there is no detail that is left out. Not only is the location perfect for the beach, but the condo is truly one of the best. From all of the great beach towels and chairs and all necessities for every room, even snacks when we checked in, there is truly nothing missing. Super clean and so impressive! Communication prior to arrival and when we had a question upon our arrival was great. We loved our stay and hope to be back again.

It was 2 weeks of pure bliss. The accommodations were 5 star. Tracey provides everything you need and more! Super easy to communicate with. My family and I will definitely be back to this unit. Thank you for the memories you helped us create. Oh the sunsets were amazing and coffee early in the morning on the large deck watching dolphins.

I rent beach properties quite often and try to stay as close to the sand as possible. Typically, there are some negatives that you just expect - ie rust, tight parking, questionable furnishings, linens, or supplies, etc. Not here. This is the gold standard of vacation rentals. Of course, it has an amazing view, but the unit itself was stunning. Plus, I saw no rust, parking was ample, every room had a TV, and everything we needed was provided and of the utmost quality. The owners considered everything, were a pleasure, and communicated well. We were also able to see dolphins and a manatee from the cute balcony. This one is a keeper!

This condo was absolutely amazing! Fully stocked with everything you would need for a family vacation at the beach!!! Pretty much all you need to bring is yourself and your clothes! Host was very responsive and gave great restaurant recommendations before we even got there! Our family will definitely be returning to this condo in the future!

This property will not disappoint anyone. Very clean, well appointed, beach front view from 3rd floor balcony... Amazing! Easy access to elevator and stairways, nice pool, family friendly property and had no issues with the well behaved kids. Can't say enough !!!

When traveling with three children and two of them young, it feels impossible to remember everything you might need, and certainly can’t bring everything that would make a stay as easy as possible. Tracy has everything you could possibly need and then some. It helped take off so much stress. The place was clean, beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better. We plan to come back to this exact condo and we love to experience new places so that is saying a lot!!

Lovely Unit, but Host knew of major Construction above (possible her other unit had massive flood due to these incompetent Contractors – he boasted he’d had to pay ~$3,600- in recompense) & withheld this essential material info. Plus, we were lied to several times (x5 - can prove!) about when it would be completed, to draw us out to avoid changing - which would have been a further impossible task. Sea Oats Building has no rules for times & length of such invasive projects (it was over a month late). Dangerous project mis-management is rampant. Ruined very expensive vacation. Host shirking responsibility. VRBO is useless, what is their stiff "FEE" for, they only parroted script to brush me off? Hope they'll choose to seek to mitigate their damages. NEVER, EVER AGAIN!

The condo is just as listed. The location and view are amazing. The condo is nicely updated and great space for our party of 6 - 4 adults, a 3 year old and 1 year old. Tracy is a wonderful host!! We will definitely be back!

Tracy is very good at her hosting her property. The family and I had a great time until Hurricane Ian. 2 1/2 days in, it was evacuation time. Tracy was very(!!!!) helpful with many questions a Midwester has about evacuation. Everything was outstanding. Hope to truely enjoy full vacation at their wonderful 3 bedroom condo. Coffee in the morning, out on patio watching Dolphins swim by was one of favorite things! We shall return ✌

The condo was everything we wanted in a family beach trip! Gorgeous kitchen (& rooms) & plenty of room for us to have our own space, as well as hang out together. It was so nice to be right on the beach! Tracy was a great communicator & a gracious host. Can't wait to come back!

I would give this property 10 stars if I could. Wonderful location and Tracy has gone above and beyond to give her guests all the comforts of home. We all agreed when we walked in, it felt like home. Plenty of space for our party of 4 adults. Kitchen has all the amenities you need and then some. The combination coffee/k cup maker was great. Perfect view from the balcony of the gulf and those gorgeous sunsets. She has spared no expense to give her guests a wonderful experience. This will be our go to place for all future stays!! Tracy by far is the most responsive host I have ever dealt with. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!!

We grew up in St.Petersburg and have family throughout Pinellas County. We have always known that the beach in Reddington Shores was our favorite place to go. Then we found the most lovely property / Home to stay in. The sunsets are off the scale. We loved our stay!

This home was even better than we expected! Tracy was so accomodating and we did not want for ANYTHING while staying. There was even a high chair and play pen for my one year old that I had every intention on purchasing while staying in FL. We are so grateful to have been able to stay in such a beautiful home and cannot wait to return!

We had such a wonderful time and all the amenities we needed! Hosts were so easy to communicate with, check in process was flawless and unit had all the beach toys and furnishings we needed to enjoy the sun,sand, and shade for my grandchildren all day everyday. Will definitely return.

Tracy is just awesome, first of all. Very communicative and helpful. The condo was amazing. Beautifully decorated, spacious, and had everything we needed, especially since we flew in and travelled light. Great bath towels, beach towels, stocked showers/baths, stocked kitchen. All beach equipment and pool toys we could need. We’ve never vacationed in the area and the condo made it well worth the stay for sure. We usually go to Myrtle or Virginia Beaches and have NEVER had a condo with so much included before. You won’t be disappointed with the large balcony and the sunset views. You will take tons of pictures!
