Located in Savannah, this lovely house for $803 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This newly built home is located in the most desired area of the Downtown Historic District. This Divine, Southern style home is packed with charm. With a wrap around porch, and six beds spread out amongst three-stories, Blue Manor is the ideal home base for your girls weekend or family reunion trips. Guests will feel at ease with the warm furnishings and decor, making space for good conversation and some well-deserved R&R. Walk up a short set of stairs from the sidewalk to enter the main home. The main level features a bright and inviting living room, well-equipped kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a formal dining area. Cook a meal together as a way to catch up, or let a private chef do all the hard work! The open floor plan creates a convivial atmosphere, allowing you to keep your guests entertained. A powder room is tucked to the side, adjacent to the entrance to the back porch. Stepping out onto the back porch, you can find a bistro set, perfect for a morning cup of joe. Heading back toward the front entrance, you will find a wooden staircase that leads to the upper levels. The bedrooms on the second floor offer access to a second story wrap around porch, with views of the tree-lined historic district. The first bedroom, deemed the primary suite, is just off of the hallway at top of the stairs. This grand bedroom offers a king size bed, with crisp white linens and cozy accents. Step over to the en suite bathroom that boasts with natural light, a spacious walk-in shower, double sink vanity and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom on this floor offers a queen size bed, also with an en suite bath. Conveniently located between both floors, you’ll find the full-size washer and dryer on the second floor as well. Heading up to the third level, you will find two additional spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom toward the back of the home offers two twin size beds, a comfortable day bed, large closets, and a dedicated reading nook! The second bedroom at the front of the home has an identical layout fitted with a king size bed. There is also a shared third floor bathroom with a shower/tub combo. All other parking for this property is on-street, and is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests should be aware of posted Sweep Zone signs throughout the city. The house is beautiful! It’s really close to everything. We could walk to historic places as well as wonderful restaurants and stores! It’s was even better than described in the listing. It was well equipped so we didn’t need anything except for what we needed for food and drinks. I would definitely stay again!

We had a great time staying at Blue Manor! The house was beautiful, with high ceilings and a huge kitchen, and there was more than enough room for all 6 of us. The house was clean and had a good supply of kitchen implements and extra blankets. It was also right in the center of the action, with an easy walk to restaurants and museums in the historic district. Definitely would stay again!

Blue Manor is a beautiful rental and perfect for a girls weekend. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures. The home was very clean and had everything you need. The location was great and easy to walk everywhere. Only caution is that there are a lot of stairs to the bedrooms, so if stairs are a problem then this home is not for you. It was not an issue for our group. The management company was very responsive to all our questions. Will definitely stay again when in Savannah.

Blue Manor was an awesome house. We had 8 guys and everyone slept comfortably. We doubled up in the king beds, 1 guy slept solo in the queen and then we used up the 3 single beds on the top floor and everyting was perfect. Lucky Savannah was awesome about responding to all communication.

I just stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was amazing! The house is even nicer in person and so spacious! We had plenty of room to hang out in the common area and the bedrooms are very spacious as well! Having 4 bathrooms to get ready was very necessary with 9 girls. It was the perfect walking distance from everything. We didn't have to take a single Uber. No complaints and would definitely come back and stay again!

We were all excited that the pictures and descriptions were accurate and ultimately spectacular. There were 4 of us so we each had our own room, 2 on the 2nd floor and 2 on the 3rd...about 20 steps to each floor. The wrap around porch and balcony gave opportunity for enjoying morning tea/coffee. Kitchen and bathrooms/showers were clean and included wknd necessities. Ample and excellent kitchen supplies to cook/bake. The location was perfect for our walking tours to the river and through the 22 squares.

This house accommodated my group of 8 friends perfectly. The location was so ideal to lots of bars and restaurants and downtown. The kitchen was stocked with everything we would need and each room had an optimal amount of towels. The surrounding areas were very quiet and peaceful at night and the seating of the porch was so a great touch. We had a great time and really enjoyed staying at this beautiful gorgeous house! Highly highly recommend!
