The localisation of this apartment was perfect. I really like to stay in this area of Lisbon! Near to the Metro and to the train Station. Really everything was perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the apartement very clean. We were a little bit sad that we discovered the other equipement in the basement too late, because we would have enjoyed it more. Thank you for the good communication and reactivity on Whatsaap.

The location was convenient, and the accommodation served its basic purpose.
The value for money was disappointing, as the price paid was excessive considering the condition of the facilities and the standard of cleanliness. The staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming and came across as inflexible and lacking in understanding in certain situations. Additionally, the windows let in too much light, even when closed, making it difficult to rest properly and get a good night's sleep. Overall, the experience did not justify the price charged, and there was a clear mismatch between the cost and the quality of the accommodation and service provided. I expected better facilities, higher standards of cleanliness, more comfortable sleeping conditions, and a more welcoming and professional approach from the staff.
