Great location, very comfortable and hot shower nice breakfast, nice courtyard for day-time sitting , friendly staff.
None.

Great location and exceptional staff. One key plus was that the hotel has their own parking facilities adjacent to the property. I was able to access my car at my convenience and it was secure and covered - no parking attendant used my car and parked it at an outside location (like most others).
Sometimes the elevator was slow because it’s a historical building and there is only one elevator.

It was clean
Occasionally very limited choice of food for breakfast as there were more people than food

Good value, nice view overlooking the park. Staff very pleasant. Good sized room. A view of the top of the Duomo from the room- just!
Breakfast not great. Pillow and bed uncomfortable.
