I do not have anything like at this apartment.

1. The security should have to improve. The lift from ground floor is direct to your apartment while the lock of the door of the entrance is disabled. Lock for Both of The bedrooms also disabled The 1st night, there was a man called In to our apartment phone in the midnight, and the staircase door kept knocking by someone. We feltl so frighten during sleeping time. I stayed 4 nights there. It was a nightmare for these 4 nights. 2. The bathroom is stuck, the water couldn't flow well. 3. The lift not functioning well. I used to walk to my apartment which located at the top floor. I met a group of people who stayed a floor lower than me, they carried thier heavy luggage all the way up to their apartment. Can you imagine walk and carry heavy luggages to 4 levels???

A potentially great apartment let down by security and maintenance issues

The apartment is in a great location next to lots of public transport options. It's off to the west side of the main tourist attractions like the Gothic quarter and the Rambla but it's only a pleasant 30 minute stroll or less than 15 minute trip on the metro. It's a spacious flat with good facilities and two bathrooms/toilets is ideal when you're travelling with kids.

There were various maintenance issues with the apartment that we notified the hosts about on the first night and they kept promising that someone would visit to fix them but they never did over 5 days, despite reminders from ourselves. 1) The biggest problem was that the door from the apartment block’s shared lift opened straight into the kitchen area of the whole apartment and we had no way of locking it. We had complete strangers appear in our apartment twice in 5 days, once just after midnight when four young men (who appeared to have been drinking) walked in, and once when we were out - this is a real worry when you have kids with you. 2) The apartment is directly above the famous and incredibly popular Mustafa's Gemüse Kebab shop that stays open until 3am every day and has a queue of people 30m long outside nearly all the time from 8pm onwards. The noise isn’t too bad if you keep the windows closed, but if you open them (or turn on the air conditioning) it sucks smoke and cooking fumes into the flat to the point where the air indoors looks hazy and everything ends up smelling of kebab. 3) There were other minor things such as bedroom door handles that dropped off, blinds that had wooden wedges in to stop them dropping unexpectedly, and sticky/damaged laminate flooring caused by previous visitors.

Cleanliness was not up to expectations and price They have to considerate the number of people coming in the apartment and offer clean and better towels , bedsheets also amenities for the number of guests not only for 1 pers.

Superb

We had slight issue with accessing elevator upon arrival, but it was sorted out quickly. It is a great place, at great location with easy access to everything. Highly recommended.

great place to stay with group of friends or family

the location is very close to Metro station and airport bus, supermarkets, Pl. espana and MNAC. the unit was spacious. buce sunlight and view.

the staffs were a bit slow response, the shower box drain was not working well. the bed was too thin.

Nice roomy apartment. Comfortable staying with children. Good location!

Some kitchen equipment didn't work! The coffee machine was broken, in a day kettle stopped working as well! In the washing machine cleaning stuff forgot dirty towels.

Horrendous start to our holiday and as far as we know the bed still only has 3 legs.

Location was handy for our stay and property was clean.

Bed had a missing leg so could not be used. Fault was reported but not dealt with. After 2 nights on the sofa bed, with little or no sleep, and no sign of the bed being fixed we moved to alternative accommodation at our own expense. There was lots of noise from neighbouring properties late into the night / early morning and from ill fitting doors & windows.

Location was great to catch the airport bus

getting the digital key was a challenge, and we were locked out and had to request a second code we were in the top floor Apartment , both nights the apartment was full of smoke from the restaurants below..we thought because we left the bedroom window open it may have been a problem, but on night two with all the windows closed you could see the smoke in the room...at least it was a pleasant aroma there were an immense amount of hairs on the second bedroom bed...thankfully we only needed one bedroom

old damaged furniture, the whole apartment needs renovation, especially the bathroom. you have to be ready that there is a restaurant underneath the apartment and it is noisy.

the bad communication

The size of the apartament.

The only accommodation I had, where tourists are ignored, do not reply to messages before or after accommodation! This company did not return my damage deposit even after 2 months, they told me in the first month to check with the bank, then when I sent the account statement and I called the booking, they said that I ruined the blinds. This is a lie, you need to have some evidence, to have a reception report, to notify the person immediately, not two months after you stop the money. I will hire a lawyer and send notifications to the Spanish police and the anti-fraud police!

Very nice stay for family of six.

Loved two balconies and the closeness Plaza de España. LOVED the number of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms. Our family of six each had a bed in a bedroom.

One bathtub had an issue, but we worked around it.
