Centrally located but quiet neighborhood - we managed to walk to everywhere we went for sightseeing.
Filippo was very kind and helpful giving us recommendations on sightseeing and restaurants. He also helped us book a taxi to get to the station, which was helpful.
The room was very neat, clean and spacious!
Although breakfast was not included, Filippo gave us a voucher to use at a cafe downstairs to get a cup of coffee and croissant, which was a nice surprise as well.
Nothing!

Great welcome by Flippo when we arrived. He gave us helpful tips and recommendations. The location was great in Spirito Santo. Close to lots of restaurants and good walking distance to museums and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend staying here and would return anytime.
