It was one of the few properties available.
The property was positioned as a 4star. It was not a 4star. The room does have modern furniture, but overall it’s an update 2star property. I am 5’11 in height and my feet were hanging off the bed. I was staying in a double room, no wash clothes, 2 towels, and no lotion. My expectations would have been different if it was not marketed as a 4 star property

Pools, jacuzzi and the location.
I’ve machine was broken but staff gave out bags of ice when requested. I wished they restocked the coffee and creamer between days.

Le mobilier autour des piscines matelas et transat n’était pas propre. Mauvaise isolation des chambres surtout niveau bruit on entend les voisins et aussi la route très passagère

The scenery
Beds moved when I would roll over. Big gap under main door. Had to ask for towels etc

2 pools one heated one not nice pools and area to sit but not maintained needed some tlc very neglected pool area but it was still nice to swim early morning and lounge one afternoon when the sun came out. Just very run down

The staff were very helpful. My room was noisy and they arranged for another one at the back of the building. I also left my toiletry bag there and they very kindly found it and ensured that I got it back.
The use of the TV was confusing. Through Amazon I think. Not that I needed it much and I did not ask for help.

It was in a good location in a quiet area and near restaurants. The sun beds were very good and there were four poster beds too. The bed in the room was very comfortable.
There was no tea available at the hotel, only coffee. A microwave in the room would have been useful. There was no wardrobe - only a clothes rack.

I loved that I was able to book that same evening and have a late night check in. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and crisp, especially the bathroom. I loved having a bathtub. The jacuzzi was clean and just loved how everything felt clean
My first stay I was able to connect my laptop to the tv via screen mirroring. On my second stay in a different room I could not connect. I think they should all be able to function the same

This hotel was recently revamped. It was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi area.
The place was quite empty, which gave me pause and made me feel unsafe as I was traveling solo, but in the end my stay went well.The mini fridge was very noisy. I unplugged it at night.

The pool and spa was clean and nice. Fake hardwood floors looked nice. Has a fridge.
Lights in parkinglot kept going off. Bug in the bathtub. Noisy neighbors and management wouldnt do anything. Lobby closes at 11pm and no guest service after that only an emergency contact that is useless. Rooms not ready upon checkin time of 4pm. Beds hard as the floor. No iron. No coffee or phone in room. Only 2 towels and one wash cloth given per room. General manager rude and useless. No cable tv only netflix, hulu etc... must use your own accounts. No elevators.

Very comfortable with friendly staff
No microwave, and the floor of the room was very dirty, our feet were blackened from walking on it

El lugar es hermoso y tranquilo, tiene una excelente ubicación. Pero lo que más destaca es la amabilidad del personal. Nos hicieron sentir acogidas en todo momento. Lo recomiendo de todas maneras

Mooi gerenoveerd complex met ruime frisse kamers. Het bed was groot en lag erg goed. De kamers waren schoon en hygiënisch. Een erg fijn hotel!
Het was niet zo zeer gehorig, maar je merkt dat de demping van het geluid nog iets verbeterd kon worden.

The pool was very nice And upgraded rooms. Nice to have coffee in the rooms and AC worked great.
Didn’t like that nobody is available for check in after 11pm and had to pay an extra $50 for later check in. They don’t automatically clean the rooms unless requested and I requested a room refresh and it took them a long time to get to the room.

The ice machine worked. Staff was courteous. The AC worked. Room was quiet.
The bathroom had urine on the walls and floor. The room we had was not worth the cost. Arrived at 4pm exactly because we didn't want to get charged $50 for checking in early. Had to go back to the desk and get towels for the pool so that would not get charged an outrageous fine for not returning towels that were not given to us in the first place.

It was good. The staff was really nice and friendly. The design of the room was good too. We liked that trip.
The pool was dirty and we found a small cockroach 🪳 and someone hair inside the bath.

the staff, especially Martin, the maintenance employee was exceptional by accommodating our needs and brought us water and barratries for our remote control. he also gave us helpful advise on what things to do and see around town..like the Margaritaville right across the street
be my basic room and the bed frame was our go to place once we checked out
