About this apartment rental
Renovated vacation apartment facing south with a beautiful view of the inland lake and the harbor (to the side).
The apartment has been freshly renovated and is ready to welcome new guests!
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa set. An LED TV, DVD player, and stereo with CD player provide entertainment. The dining area is located by the window.
The children’s room is furnished with a sofa bed (which converts to a double bed), suitable for up to 2 people.
The separate bedroom features a double bed and another TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-zone induction stove, a dishwasher, a microwave (with grill and oven functions), and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The brightly tiled bathroom features a toilet, a shower stall, and a towel warmer.
On the sunny balcony, a small table and two chairs invite you to relax.

Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.
Complex:
The vacation complex consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible by elevator.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.
Leisure activities include, among others:
— swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
— water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and playing on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the vacation center and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right next to the vacation park

The rehabilitation center, located 300 meters away, the local physicians and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis services (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer an excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.
Parking
There is a large parking lot at the rear of the vacation park. Here, you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available space. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.

Die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert und hat eine super Lage, nah am Strand.

Wir hatten eine kleine, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der wir nur den fehlenden Backofen vermisst haben. Alles andere war vorhanden.
Ein dickes Minus, für die 8.
Etage. Die Aussicht war zwar wirklich, sehr schön, nur mit einem abteuerlustigen 3-jährigen, ist diese Höhe nicht so vorteilhaft. Da ich persönlich auch noch an Höhenangst leide, haben wir den Balkon nicht nutzen können.
Daher wäre es schön gewesen, wenn die Etage in der Objektbeschreibung gestanden hätte. Alles in allem, waren wir aber zufrieden.

Die Wohnung war toll, keine Frage. Gute Einrichtung, gute Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Die Umgebung muss man allerdings mögen. Mir persönlich gefallen die Betonbunker-Schandtaten der 70er Jahre nicht sonderlich. Das alleine wäre jetzt noch kein Beinbruch, dass jedoch das direkt Umfeld auch langsam "verfällt", Läden ausziehen und Gaststätten den Charme eines maroden, spanischen Urlaubsortes aus den 90ern haben, hat mir doch etwas den Kurzurlaub getrübt. Das war nicht so meine Welt ...
