About this apartment rental
A comfortably furnished apartment on the 6th floor with a view across the park-like courtyard to the Fehmarn Sund Bridge.
Living Room:
The living room is furnished with a light-colored pull-out fabric sofa (3-seater, 2 armchairs) and a small wall unit.
Entertainment is provided by a 43" smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker, and a PlayStation 3.
A large dining table with 4 chairs is located in the rear living area.
Bedroom:
In the sleeping area, which is separated from the living area by a blackout curtain, there is a double bed, two small nightstands, and a sideboard.
The children’s bedroom is separated from the living area by a door and features a loft bed.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.
The bathroom has light-colored tiles and is equipped with a shower, large mirror cabinet, vanity cabinet, and toilet.
On the balcony, 1 table and 2 chairs invite you to relax.

Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can charge you for these items afterward and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.
Complex:
The vacation complex consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are easily accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.
Leisure activities include, among others:
— swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
— water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and playing on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the vacation center and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right next to the vacation park

The rehabilitation center, located 300 meters away, the local spa physicians and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis facilities (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer an excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.
Parking
There is a large parking lot at the rear of the vacation park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
