A bright and modern apartment on the 3rd floor with a view of the inland lake and the salt marshes to the south.
The living area of the apartment has been completely renovated and features light-colored flooring.
The hallway features a large closet with plenty of storage space, a coat rack, and a shoe rack.
The modern living area is furnished with a cozy sofa set and a dining area by the window.
The bedroom features a double bed (180x200) for a comfortable night’s sleep.
The spacious, open-concept kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bathroom is completely new, tiled in light colors, and features a glass shower enclosure.
The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi, a Blu-ray player, and a DAB radio with CD and Bluetooth.

If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding inquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.
Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you upon your arrival.
Complex:
The vacation complex consists of 16 interconnected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus closer to your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.
Leisure activities include, among others:
- Swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier
- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- Sports activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and cycling (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the vacation center and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right at the vacation park

The rehab center, located 300 meters away, the local bath specialists and medical specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis services (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.
Parking
There is a large parking lot at the rear of the vacation park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
