THE SPACE: This 250 m2 apartment has all the facilities and comforts you need during your stay. It is located in one of the best neighborhoods of Barcelona, right in the luxury Passeig de Gracia! Specially designed for families and business groups, looking for a place to relax. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The apartment has a capacity for up to 13 people distributed in 6 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed (with private balcony) Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed (with private balcony and private bathroom) Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed Bedroom 4: 1 Double bed + 1 Single sofa bed Bedroom 5: 1 Double bed + 1 Double sofa bed + 1 Baby crib Bedroom 6: 1 Double bed All rooms are equipped with AC and central heating for winter. All the bedrooms have storage space. 4 Full bathrooms with shower and WC KITCHEN: You will find everything you need to prepare a quick meal in the fully-equipped open kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use, including a microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, big freezer/fridge with the ice-cube machine and cold-water dispenser, washing machine and dryer. LIVING ROOM: The living area is bright and spacious. It includes a dining area with a table where you can have dinner all together. You will love the comfy chairs and having a meal with amazing views thanks to the big windows facing the Passeig de Gràcia. There are nice comfy double sofas and flat screen TV. There is also a decorative fireplace, it is not for use, but for sure adds some charm to this room. Wood flooring and the abundance of natural light add charm to the room. TV and high speed Wi-fi The building has 2 elevators and a concierge Baby travel cot and high chair available under request. (Besides the crib in room 6) Children toys and books Linens and towels will be provided.We recommend you bring your own toiletries. There are 5 balconies on the external facade with views to the majestic Passeig de Gràcia and Casa Batlló, and, a rear view on the garden terrace of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, one of Barcelona's finest 5-star hotels. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Paseo de Gracia is one of the major avenues in Barcelona and one of its most important shopping and business areas, and famous for its outstanding architecture. You will be able to admire numerous exceptional facades on this street of Modernism. Shopping enthusiasts will find their true happiness on the on this street, a true temple of fashion. In the ground floors of those amazing buildings you will find many luxury shops and leading fashion houses. Plenty of café, tapas bars, rooftop bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Many restaurants will serve traditional Spanish specialties and International dishes for lunch and dinner. Staying in this neighborhood is the best decision you can make. This apartment is PERFECT a for a large group, and in such a perfect location. Three friends and I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely and well appointed home for five days and were treated to glorious views of Casa Battlo. The location cannot be beat for so many reasons- we felt completely comfortable venturing out at night. And while the streets were teaming with activity, noise and people, all one needed to do was shut the patio doors and it became a tranquil oasis! It really was the best of both worlds. Communication and check in was effortless! The only minor suggestion or room for improvement wouid be that some of the rooms could benefit from a quick paint touch up, but other than that it really was a perfect place for our group while we were there. You won’t be disappointed!

Large, lovely, and light-filled apartment located on the Passeig de Gracia. This apartment is at ground zero of the major shopping district, about halfway between the Plaza Catalunya and Avenida Diagonal. It is close enough to walk to numerous restaurants and neighborhoods, and is within 150 meters of a large metro station with access to multiple lines.
The apartment is nicely furnished and well-appointed. The kitchen is very well stocked, and we enjoyed a dinner with some friends using delicious seafood, meat, and vegetables purchased at the Boqueria Market. It is a little short on counter space, but very well-equipped for a rental kitchen.
The neighborhood is very safe, and the building is quite secure, with a locked outer door and access to the apartment via elevator. There is a doorman present during the week.
The only suggestion i can offer is that the linens and pillows were not up to the standard of the rest of the property, and would benefit from an upgrade.
We loved this property and have already referred some family members and a neighbor to book here. We would definitely stay here again.

Great communication with the host prior to booking and during the stay. Loved the view from the balcony and how spacious it was. We were visiting as a family of 9 and there was more than enough room for us.

We are frequent travelers and this property is in the perfect area of Barcelona in a luxury building. Huge apartment with enough space for our family and nanny. Do know what you are getting. This is a VRBO not a hotel. I think sometimes people have unrealistic expectations. So it was a clean, huge apartment , with all the amenities in a perfect location. Excellent price! Wonderful check in.

This property is perfectly located in the center of it all!!!! Breathtaking balcony views, steps away from restaurants and shops. Guille, our contact person was fenomenal, great customer service, friendly, hospitable and very helpful with the check in process. He texted me as soon as I got there and met with my party within 45 minutes of our arrival from the airport.
The apartment is rather large, we were a family of 10 and had ample space for all. Well equipped kitchen (even though we didn’t use it) but it had everything one would expect to use in the kitchen!
The only downside of the property was the cleanliness. The pictures show exactly what you will get only that they were probably taken years back, walls need paint, floors need polishing and the number one improvement is the comforters. All comforter were tucked away in closets, clearly had not been washed in a very long time! We could not use them at all. They smelled and were stained.
Hopefully my review will help in improvement for future guest because other then that it truly is a great property on the perfect corner of it all!

If you want to be in the thick of the shopping district with a million dollar view of Gaudi's House of Bones this is the spot for you, especially if you have a large group. There were six of us (three couples) and there was plenty of room to spare. Leaving one of the many balconies to visit the rest of the town was hard because it was just such a great place to be. The pictures do not do the views justice. The hosting team were professional and very accommodating. We had a few special needs and they were very good about making things work for us. One example of this was when one of us fell ill and needed to check-in early. They allowed her to be in bed while the cleaners worked- who was fabulous btw. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher which is a handy bonus. It's truly a place to center your stay around. Great for large groups, great for views, and great value.

Fantastic and huge apartment
we had a wonderful experience with this apartment. The host was responsive and the check in process was very easy. The apartment itself is huge - 6 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. All very clean. And the views! Glorious!! Location was amazing as well. Right in the center of where you would want to be in Barcelona with tons of restaurants nearby. Metro super easy to use to get around but you can also walk most places. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay we were getting worried about the place being smaller than what the pictures shown because of the amazing location right in the city but it was bigger than expected. A lot of room and the bedrooms were wonderful a lot of nice natural light. I would definitely come back and stay here again, though the people in the building are not very welcoming.

Wonderful stay we were getting worried about the place being smaller than what the pictures shown because of the amazing location right in the city but it was bigger than expected. A lot of room and the bedrooms were wonderful a lot of nice natural light. I would definitely come back and stay here again, though the people in the building are not very welcoming.

We really enjoyed this huge, bright and beautiful apartment. It is located on Paseo de Gracia, which is an amazing place, so we were very central and close to everything. We had wonderful views of Gaudi's Casa Batlló! The apartment is fully equipped and we were provided with we needed! The bedrooms are large, well-designed and have big windows. Fabulous location, fun house for your family group
The house was in a great location, just across the road one block from the Goudí Batlló house. Walking distance to many main downtown attractions. The vase of Red and Pink roses was a very nice touch. The place was very clean, and David was great to work with. Would definitely recommend.
