Good price for being a decent neighborhood. Close to everything. Lots of amenities good for family with children that you need to entertain.

Hotel was clean, quiet and a nice stay. Beds are ver firm, not a plus fir me. There were no USB ports anywhere in the room.

Next time I will spend a little more money and stay somewhere else.

I was really impressed with the place, I only wish we had good weather to enjoy the pool area!

The picture of the main building and lobby look very nice. The rooms are not. I got a suite with a nice sized kitchenette, but no cookware to use the kitchenette. There was a futon, but no sheets or blankets for the futon. It was a good thing the futon was for my 10 year old son, because it was tiny.
My mom was in a different room, and her toilet would not flush properly. After asking for them to fix it, they said they did, but later in the trip it overflowed after they said they had fixed it.
Upon check-in, I asked to pay cash instead of them charging my card. The staff stated they charge the full amount at check-in because some people don't have the money on there card at check-out and the credit card companies charge more if the card isn't present. The were talking to me as if I was the weird one executing uncommon business practices.
The pool was nice and big for the kids to play in. The rooms need some serious upgrades, and the staff could be significantly better trained.

One night stay. Beds super comfortable and the hot shower felt great.

This is an older property that has been improved. I wish there has been balconies on the riverside.

Stains all over the floor and tub.

Cool hotel. The dog and I like this place. He likes to run around the spacious parking lot, and I like that area of TriCities. All I can complain about is last time I got one of the rooms by the lobby, and it was huge! Plenty of room for ghosts!
This place is the jam to stay in TriCities, and I’ll be back

There were no garbage cans in the rooms at all. There was an electrical outlet behind the TV stand that was not properly secured to the wall. The floor going from the room towards the bathroom was slanted. The coffee was gross. The bartenders at the restaurant part were very nice and so was the staff. But property was meh

The kitchen sink was plugged and standing water. Dishwasher had 3" black mold water. Jetted tub had 6" crack. No tray for coffee maker, was given 2. One was too small, the other to large.

The front desk folks were very helpful. My king bed room was very comfortable.

After reading some of the reviews before booking I was a little apprehensive. However, the hotel is great! Breakfast was substantial, the room looked like it had been recently refurbished, and the personnel were friendly and welcoming. We were not able to make use of the amenities as our stay was short but there were many and we will look forward to availing of them on our next visit.

I thought I booked a room on ground floor with a Jacuzzi in the room. Very tiny bathroom. The bed was comfy. Their was no parking due to the event that was going on. They were loud and rude to the hotel guests.

This is a very nice property that is perfect for families. They have a game room, BB court, a beautiful pool layout, and bicycles for riding on the near by river trail.

First room would not work with key. Had to wait for another key and they switched me to another room. Pee stain on the comforter. Room smelled like smoke. Toilet would not flush and had to hold button down on the hair dryer for it to work.

Room was quite large, almost a mini suite.

It was okay. Not glamorous, but ckean and great views.

The sheets on the bed were white and clean.
The floors in the bathroom could’ve been cleaner there was human hair in the corners. The shower was great. Easy in an out and convenient.

The hallways were very dirty, cigarette butts etc. The maid services were loud, laughing, talking, rolling carts at around 8:am. They rolled cart out of service area and then parked them and did not return to use them for another hour or more.
The coffee is worst coffee I have ever experienced.
We had to switch rooms and arrival due to the fact the room had not been cleaned. Only the bed was made. The maids just seemed to be doing a lot of grouping together and talking laughing, etc.
The pool was visually covered in dirt in the basin. The place is going down hill sad to say.

Fisrt things first this is a Motel by definition not a hotel. The pictures of the jacuzzi suites on the internet looked great and the 1st suite we got didnt have a jacuzzi tub? The front desk assured me that all there king suites had jacuzzi tubs but he was wrong so the 2nd room had the jacuzzi tub. The room was clean but more like an outdated kitchenette than a jacuzzi suite. The breakfast was terrible! My wife and I both couldn't stomach the eggs or biscuits and gravy. I think if they called it what it is it would be fine. Riverfront Motel King size Kitchenette rooms with a jacuzzi tub. Oh and the hot water was gone long before the tub was filled so it was a chilling experience! Tried it again early in the morning and it was still barely warm then I had to take a cold shower afterwards.

Booked a two queen room. They didn’t have any when we showed up. Even though the room was already booked and paid for. They told me they could put me in a king room and pay for another king so I can get the two beds I needed. Customer service is awful

There was a power outage right after our arrival. After a couple hours the outage had not been repaired so we decided to check out and move on. The staff member at the front desk told us we were free to go, but, we would not be refunded for the night we had booked, his exact words were "We got your money and your not getting it back"

we enjoyed our stay. clean and very friendly helpful staff. Price was good
