Located near the center of Joshua Tree Village, this 2-bedroom property has a fully-equipped kitchen, dedicated office space and a comfy backyard to enjoy. Perfect for couples, friends or small families. After a day experiencing the desert, relax in the hot tub, by the pool, or by the fire pit with a glass of wine. You’ll fall in love with the Cozy Coyote. This is a beautiful historic homestead property that has been lovingly restored and updated. It's a 7 minute walk to The Village and we have a hot tub on the patio in the back. Enjoy the cowboy pool and mountain views from the back yard of this cozy desert cottage, which features a dedicated office with an adjustable sit/stand desk and high speed cable internet. You will love staying in our fully fenced backyard. We have a fully stocked kitchen that includes a gas range oven, as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs for you to enjoy your meals outside. Imagine yourself relaxing in our Hammock village. A propane outdoor fire-pit will keep you warm and an outdoor gas grill will ensure that you can enjoy a beautiful evening outside. With individual Mini Split cooling and heating control, you're never far from the perfect temperature. The Cozy Coyote also has a selection of reading materials, games, and puzzles available to help you relax and bond with family and friends. We have a new LG stack washer and dryer on the premises so you can pack light and travel with ease. Park anywhere in front of house off the street. Check-In is via personal smart lock code sent to you prior to arrival. Other things to note: Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house. Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. We are on a septic system. Please be respectful of the neighborhood with outdoor noise and please respect the 10pm noise curfew. You must let us know if a pet will be joining you and enter them in the reservation. There is a $50 per pet fee. Please be a mindful pet owner, respect the property, and clean up after your pet in the back yard. Any significant damages or excessive cleaning resulting from pets could incur additional charges. No glass cups or bottles in the back yard please. Cowboy pool available April - October. Pool/spa service person will be on site during the day on Mondays. Additional charges may be assessed if guest actions result in hot tub or pool needing to be drained. We mitigate bugs as much as possible and have the house professionally cleaned after each guest. However, critters are part of life in the desert and we can't entirely avoid the occasional critter breaking in. Please reach out with any questions! Overall it’s a great location, small and cozy. The hot tub was so nice to have. The only downside was the backyard was quite rough though, we found class, a razor blade, etc. also if you have pets watch out for a thousand little prickers from the weeds. We are constantly pulling them out of their paw pads and our own shoes, hopefully the owner can do something about them.

Cute little house that’s very well maintained and impressively clean, walkable to downtown Joshua Tree. We were surprised to have a Dollar General right across the street but the owner has done everything possible to make it a nice place in spite of the neighborhood. Hot tub was great and we appreciated the tall fence and washing machine.

Exactly as pictured. Location close to Town & National Park. Well done interior, amply provisioned. Lovely backyard. Good hammocks and hot tub. Only downside was road noise being close to CA62. Good place to stay. Very good host.

Oh, where do I start? The Cozy Cottage is adorable! Being someone who cooks, the kitchen was well stocked. I left a lemon/lime press behind so enjoy your margaritas with fresh squeezed limes. 😉 Cooking with a gas range is a dream. The rooms are comfortable and have more than enough room for two occupants. The outside space was amazing. The weather was cold as it was still early in Spring and there was a wicked windstorm the day we arrived, but that didn’t stop us. The hammocks are relaxing and a great place to look at the night sky. The hot tub was a morning and evening must, so lovely! The cowboy pool was too cold but I imagine it’s refreshing in the heat of late Spring through the Fall. The cottage is an easy and fairly short drive to the West Park entrance so it was an easy in and out for our adventures. Overall, it was a 5 stars. I would stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying here and would come back. The decor was wonderfully desert chic and the backyard was so spacious. I came with my partner and another couple friend and there was plenty of space. We loved using the fire, hot tub, and laying on hammocks. Joshua Tree town is so tiny, it was easy to walk to the handful of places to eat. Park is an easy drive and nice to come home to such a peaceful house! Dean was excellent w communication (very responsive w my two messages) and had an easy house handbook/manual. Wishing we could go back already…

We enjoyed out stay at Cozy Coyote. The house was nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The location was right in town but close to Park and you can walk to restaurants.

Great little two bedroom, one bath home. Nicely decorated and great backyard. The Spa was perfect. Good location to the park, shops and restaurants. Would definitely rent again!

This house was perfect for my husband and I, with plenty of room for another couple. The house was so cute, felt like something out of a magazine. The hot tube was perfect to come back to after hiking all day. We also enjoyed the hammocks! Overall a great place to stay!
