Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay. We do not provide owner bills. You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises.
