We had a very stressful weekend because of this apartment

Central and convenient location

We booked this apartment because it seemed good value for the money. The evening before, they contacted me saying that the boiler was broken (no heating or warm water) and they are moving us into another apartment, further down the street. I was thankful that they found a solution and we agreed to it. But when we arrived at that second apartment we were shocked: water damage on the floor, holes and damage on the walls and doors, laundry drying in one of the rooms blocking half of the room, shower not clean and barely working, dirty tray in the oven...And the entry door to the apparent doesn't close properly and needs to be locked to close. It was almost always unlocked because other people in the building didn't lock. That made us feel very unsafe (keep in mind that the apartment is in the centre of the city on a very busy street). I immediately called the person behind the apartment to complain. They said they'll tell the owner and come back to me. They didn't. After texting them, they answered with only poor excuses trying to tell me that the problems are not serious. After this, nobody was picking up when I called. The rest of the weekend they ignored me, only telling me after check out that they will refund me 20% (which they did). But we spent a very stressful weekend in an appointment that did not meet expectations and our concerns were ignored. I do not recommend this place.

Hosts were a disgrace

Good location

Wifi didn't work. Requested additional payment through illegitimate means that violated PayPal's TOS. Refused to return deposit with no valid reason.

Spacious…big bedrooms, living room and dining area.

1.) Owner was not so accommodating. My friend rang her to asked about the location but the owner just hang up the phone 2.) the property is on the top floor. Not safe going up the stairs with no lights so we had to used our mobile 3.) property is for teenagers not for families with young children and elderly people.

Great apartment in good location- 30 minute walk into central Antwerp, 5 minutes to nearby square with lots of bars. Beds were comfortable and facilities fine.

The lighting was very poor throughout the apartment.
