The hotel clerk was one of the nicest and helpful people I've ever met. I wish I remembered his name. He was wonderful and set the bar high for any other experiences we may have in another hotel!
The breakfast staff were also kind and friendly. We appreciate all the staff.

Great place for adults or families! Swimming, gaming and restaurant on site.

This was a really solid hotel, especially for the price. Estes can be so expensive, and this was a super nice hotel, with shockingly comfortable beds, with plenty of amenities that probably would be great for families.

This was a great place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a convenient location for walking into town or to the visitors

Our family loves the Ridgeline!! Glad to have the addition of the game room again and the pool is always a hit! Love the soda water machine as well!!

Our overall stay was great. We loved the updated contemporary look and some of the fun amenities they had to offer! We had a couple of issues one being a leaking patio roof so we couldn’t use our patio due to drips and puddling. I also think the chemicals in the pool may have been a bit off. Our kiddo broke out in a rash all over.
But, even with all that said we would recommend this hotel over a few we have stayed at before.

I travel a lot, and absolutely the friendliest and best check-in experience. The hotel was in a great location, clean, just an overall great experience!!

My wife accidentally left her bag behind in the room and the staff was so helpful to go check to see if it was still there . They were very honest because all of her personal items were there including some cash They shipped it out to us the following day. All the staff was so friendly and we appreciate the hospitality.

This place was really cute and small. Our room had really thin walls so we heard everything EVERYTHING the room next door was doing. The room was clean and the walking stick and binoculars were cool. It was not as close to downtown but it had a great brewery and Mexican restaurant walking distance.

The faculty was clean, warm and comfortable. The night we checked in the front office staff was very friendly and accommodating. The 2nd day day staff was rude and surly. We have traveled to numerous locations and have had a microwave and safe in our rooms to use at our convince but not at this facility. If you are going to charge for breakfast it would be nice to have it disclosed before making a reservation. Traveling in Europe breakfast is provided as it is most facilities in USA. Thank you.

Perfect hotel for family and friends to stay when visiting Rocky Mountain National Park! We enjoyed the morning breakfast, the complimentary s’mores pack, and the comfortable rooms.

Hotel was great for a hotel. Happy! No complaints. Nit picking though, the elevator was slow and a long wait. Snacks you can buy were too limited and I was charged $29 for a frozen breakfast burrito and a snall bag of lays chips.

In line waiting to check in. The computer needed to reboot. Another young lady comes up to check in and instead of having me, who was there first get the staff member who’s computer is working I get passed up and wait longer. Not exactly how I thought I would be treated in a hotel asking nearly 300$ for a room. Try and get better and customer service!!

Our families go-to hotel! Always love our stay. Breakfast was disappointing with very little options. The floors in the room were very dirty that left black on our feet and had to keep rinsing off in the bath. Otherwise, we love the hotel. The pool is great with complimentary toys for the kids, lights that added to the fun environment, and cartoons playing on the projector. The complimentary s'mores were a great surprise. Will be back of course!

Very nice. Good facilities. Friendly staff.

The room that is pictured is most likely not going to be the room you get on Expedia. We were literally put in a separate wing of the hotel that we had to drive around to the back to get to only to find that our room was in a basement, also found about 10 large ants in the bathroom. The hot tub was absolutely disgusting, film on the top looked like someone had spilled curdled milk. The front desk guy was phenomenal but the maintenance guys were total creeps. Downtown is close enough to walk to, but if you intend to take an Uber anywhere you are out of luck. We tried to call a cab but they were charging $10 per person to go less than 3 miles.

The check in was very disappointing. The front desk did not have my reservation that I made. I even showed them my printed document with the Expedia Confirmation number AND the hotel Confirmation number. They still couldn't find it. The process took 20 minutes and in the end they gave me another room. This must be better.

Decent rooms, loved the walking stick and binoculars, s’mores kit, elk walking though and around the property. Overall I would stay here again.
Cons: Treadmill in the fitness room didn’t work and there was a kids bday party happening Saturday day and into the evening that seemed unchaperoned with kids going wild and kept other patrons of the hotel out of the pool area.
There was also an issue with the plumbing where the shower being turned on would shake the pipes and rooms. My ac/fan unit was also extremely loud when turned on.

Have an extra touch with providing walking stick and binoculars and s’more’s and fire pits , kinda pricey but did enjoy my stay

They charged an extra $20/night “resort fee”, saying it is for free parking, use of pool etc. I found out that only as I was checking out. I don’t think other hotels do this. Expedia should make this practice better understood to its users. The hotel staff at the counter said the fee was for the “free breakfast “ etc which is incorrect, because the hotel and Expedia clearly state that breakfast is free.

Wanted a room by the pool, which was good and bad.
The proximity to the pool was nice, but since the pool is indoors, the room was quite dark. The worst part is that the pool and hot tub were only accessible during limited hours. Not available until 11:00 AM, which undermined my typical early morning workout/swim routine.

Very nice hotel in convenient location within minutes of all attractions of Estes Park
