Great!

This was my favorite hotel. I wanted to bring it with me for the rest of my travels. Summer heat wave hit Vienna, temps of 101, but this hotel had the best AC, so it was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, and staff were super kind and helpful. Close to cool restaurants and metro. I would stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel team goes above and beyond. I was even welcomed with a beautiful handwritten card in my room. It made me feel incredibly valued. Highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The hotel was recently renovated in April 2026 and everything was spotless.
The location was exceptional. It’s in the heart of the Neubau neighborhood close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops and stores yet the street the hotel is on is a pedestrian cobble stone one with beautiful planters full of herbs and lavander plants.
Housekeeping was impecable. Every time they left the room spotless.
The staff were super friendly and we even got a complimentary room upgrade.
I highly recommend this hotels and I’d definitely stay here again.
