When I arrived around 9:30pm there were two others in line. It would just be nicer to be greeted with a smile and ‘welcome’ .. i had a suitcase to schlep up the stairs (no elevator), and was pointed in the direction but went up the wring set if stairs and had to come back down and schlep up the other staircase. An extra minute of her time to direct me, as i was the last in line, would have been appreciated. Friendly up the guest services would raise my rating.
Breakfast opened at 6:30am and the scrambled eggs were good.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was lovely and very accommodating. Always willing to make some fresh coffee for those of us who keep odd hours.
