Staff qas friendly, and helpful. They even have a security guard at night. They had a grassy area for pups to do their bussiness... breakfast wasnt much to write home about. But it was over all a great stay. No complaints.

the carpet in areas, was sticky. pieces of trash on floor. appeared to not have been vacuumed. Would not reccommend.

Only unsatify condition was the floor I was located where a lot of pets, a lot of noise and smell was not good.Next time i will ask for a floor accomodation with no pets

Room was not vacuumed. Stuff all over on floor. Beds were very very uncomfortable. Sheets had been changed but comforter was dirty. Bathroom shower didn't drain so couldn't shower. Told the front desk they refused any type of refund. Elevator needs oiled so heard it squeal all night. Couldn't use side doors they refused to fix key locks. Must use front door so a mile walk anytime you wanted back in from outside.

We reserved the room it showed check in at 3 when we arrived at 3 we were told the room wasn't ready, tokd 15 to 20 minutes. Came back 30 minutes later and room still want ready and they didn't know when it would be. Cancelled reservations with them.

As we got to our room, we noticed there was no remote,we called the front desk and they sent a maintenance man, that could not fix it, he worked on the tv for over an hour, they tried so many remotes , i thought we would get another room. But didnot switch us,
I ran into another maintenance man, and he said he could look at it, he came to our room and worked on it for another hour, he did get it fixed finally, front desk never called to see how things were going, the cleaning of the room, white stuff was all over the night stands,fingerprints all over the headboard,. Table by the fridge was not cleaned off. ..

The beds were hard. Rooms were a mess they smelled like smoke. Homeless people were all in the area. I wouldn’t be surprised if they was eating breakfast in the morning with us. If I could give this place a 0 star I would

My room was dirty when I first checked in. I complained and they upgraded me to a suite which was very clean. Breakfast was minimal. The hotel is ok, but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.
Friends told me their door’s lock was broken and they only had 1 lock to use.

The service was great and the staff was great. The breakfast on the other hand… sucked big time. There was no cereal, no protein other than hard boiled eggs. No bagels…Basically if you didn’t want pancakes you didn’t have a breakfast option. I regretted not hitting the road earlier instead of waiting for breakfast.

Really enjoyed our stay, loved the area. Close to eating and shopping just a walk away. The only down fall was the free breakfast, not much to eat. Very basic, I have stayed at other La Quinta Inn & suites and it was much better.

"bloodstains" on floor, not a great first impression.
HVAC didn't work... Time of year where open window worked.
Bathroom door obviously had issues (door broken).
Otherwise stay was ok.
Close proximity to show venue was a big plus!

First room was sub-par…broken door lock, closet, hair dryer…run-down, tired-looking, smelled like smoke. We were able to change rooms, which was better; except for broken coffee maker.

This property is not to the standard I would expect from La Quinta. It is very old and has not been updated or even repaired - the lock on my room was essentially broken in terms of getting in. It seems understaffed as well although the staff I did meet were friendly and helpful

I enjoyed this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Pets are welcome and they have a nice pet station area and nice surroundings for walking. They serve a nice breakfast.

There was blood on the floor between the beds. Phone was disconnected making us think there was a murder in the room. Then after we complained and asked to check another room. There was blood on the bed in that room.

The area surrounding the property was nice. The room was old, outdated, and not the cleanest. The heater did not work so it was unpleasant with the weather in the 30's and 40's. The complimentary breakfast was not worth them advertising. I would not choose to stay there again unless there were no other options

The service was pretty impressive considering the bad reviews I saw! The room was extremely clean. The bed was pretty comfortable minus the smaller pillows but that’s very minor. We stayed here to be in walking distance to the Jeff Dunham show and it was perfect!

Dirty, not kept up. Mean dog in elevator, I kept my shoes on in room the whole time. Only one face rag, door open when we went into room, had a hard time closing it. Foyer was falling down. Common restroom by a front desk stunk like pot. Do not stay here.

Nothing was clean. Leaves and clothes in the halls and door ways for the 2 days we had reserved. Not once was ir cleaned by housekeeping

The breakfast was poor, limited, and it was too cold to keep food wram or even coiffee. The heater did not work in my room the first night.

This was a clean facility. We had no problems with noise and no concerns about safety. We enjoyed the staff and will likely stay here again.

I wish they would charge just a little more to make some upgrades. Corners were pretty dirty and the carpet was spotted all over. When we walked into the room at first there was a slight sewer smell. Had to go buy some air freshener. The sink was peeling away from the countertop and the toilet handle needed some adjustment. It was pretty easy to hear our neighbors. The front door was about half an inch short all around making light around all edges and you could see shadows of people walking down the hall. The elevator looked and smelled like someone peed on the door. I’m good not going back. The sheets were super thin and you could see the mattress lining. No bed skirts to his the box springs.

Many stains on the carpet, homeless came in for breakfast, blood on the mattress cover, hair all over bathroom, vomit appearing substance on wall by the toilet, another guest's dog barked incessantly, harassed by homeless woman for a ride upon arrival. Overall disgusted by our stay!

The actual hotel building was nothing spectacular but the staff is what made it. Literally everyone from front desk to maintenence to housecleaning was great. Its a decent hotel that was clean and safe but truly, the helpful and considerate staff is the reason we will return.

The walkways were icy and my tub/shower thing was hard to change from the spout to the shower head.

Twice in a row, the bed spread on my wife's bed was filthy. This time it appeared to have feces on it...
There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign in the room. I went to the front desk to request one. "We don't have any" was the answer. I had to make one out of a piece of paper...

Your lobby and hallways smell like cat urine. There were kibble pieces outside one of our neighbors doors. Elevators have a strong foul odor. Staff was nice. Suggestion would be to do maintenance and spend a little money on some outlet air fresheners.

Where to start,well tight frm the initial phone call the staff was extremely helpful and polite.walking into the lobby we were greeted with a well lit day room and a smiling receptionist.the check in process went smoothly and didnt take long at all.upon arroving in the room we found a very tidy living space fulky stocked with all the amenities.the other tenats were quiet and respectful as well.all in all a great place with great people,i would recommend stayong here to anyone.
