Our check-in host was so very friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember her name, but she was exceptionally great. All the staff that we encountered were pleasant. Our room seemed newly updated and clean. They are definitely in the process of remodeling. We had a great night sleep and the shower was nice. We would stay there again next time we are in the cities.

Stay was good. They are doing remodel work to 2nd floor. went to pool and hot tub however there were dead cockroaches and ants walking around area by hot-tub.

We paid a premium rate for a room with a hot tub. The room was dirty and grimy. The hotel staff put us in a nicer room. However, because we had pre-paid, the weren't able to re-fund the premium rate we had paid.

The hotel is extremely outdated compared to other hotels. It looked like it has not been updated for years and years. Maple grove is such a nice place and I did not think the hotel would be as bad as it was. We thought about canceling the hotel once we got there and going somewhere else.

We were there for just one night but it was perfect for us. Really clean room, sparkling bathroom and quiet.

The location was well maintained and the front desk agent Kimberly was very kind and efficient on check in.
The room was very comfortable and clean and met all my lodging needs.
They had a great continental breakfast...Only issue I had was that the breakfast didn't have breakfast gravy but that is more of a personal preference. I have no issue with give a 5 out of 5 on all counts. Definitely met expectations.

It’s a beautiful, well kept property. There were not enough towels for two people with a two day stay.

The luggage carts were a nightmare. They are new and the design us definitely not better. Near impossible to steer. I opted to make 3 trips as the carts were so bad. The choice of restaurants near the hotel are wonderful. I wish there had been a small outdoor patio area to sit. I was there 3 nights with my mother and we didn’t really have a place at the hotel to sit other than our room or the indoor pool area. Also the dining area has 2 steps so if you are traveling with a person where steps are a challenge keep that in mind.

A van load of young girls stayed on my last night there and laughed and giggled until just after 11:30. It was very frustrating

Beds were really comfortable. Sound proofing wasn’t great, we could hear the people in the room above us walking around. Convenient location right by the interstate

The weekend we stayed was busy with hockey and basketball tournaments. It was a beautiful high energy experience very accommodating for families and pets.
The area for breakfast should be expanded to seat a full house with children.
The staff was fantastic and our experience was awesome.

Hot tub was out of order. If we could have canceled without a charge we would have stayed in another hotel with a hot tub.

There is nothing special about this hotel. Standard small rooms. Breakfast area was completely packed the whole morning. The hot tub was drained so we never got to use it. Disappointing stay.

my feeling is the price is too high. I will be doing some checking other hotels before going back.
Check-in was a tad confusing. But I did get it figured out before I got my first room, as I was told I would have a sofa in my room, which did not have it. I went back to check-in and asked for the King bed with a sofa in the room, and they were still cleaning them and would need to come back in an hour. Why have 3 pm check-in if rooms aren't ready? I wanted the sofa and King size bed in my room, so I did come back in an hour, that just messed up my day and where I was to be at specific times.

Our stay was enjoyable. Our 4 grandkids (under 5) enjoyed the pool. My only commend would be a bathroom inside the pool area. It is hard to get kids out of pool and then out the door and across the hall to go to the bathroom.

Great family trip! We don’t go far with our 3 little kids, but this hotel offered a great winter break. Our boys enjoyed the pool. The breakfast and coffee setup was nice. Friendly people at the desk. They were able to give us connecting rooms, which was quite nice of them.

I like that the property is tucked back a little bit. It is nice to get some peace and quiet but then be able to walk to shops and restaurants. Great hotel!

Wonderful stay! My wife and I both thought it was the cleanest hotel we’d stayed at in a long time (top three all-time for sure). The front desk was very helpful and courteous during check in and check out - couldn’t recommend more highly!

Everything was clean, staff was super willing to help with anything you needed, also a great location for shopping and restaurants while still being quiet at night! Would definitely stay here again! Hot tub and breakfast were a definitely plus!
