Housekeeping walked into our room while I (female) was half naked. They then proceeded to try to come in 2 more times before checkout. We felt uncomfortable and rushed so we ended up just checking out early.

Very nice, clean, well maintained, hotel. Amazing staff, great breakfast, clean pool area, very clean heated pool and whirlpool. The only negative would be the lack of signs telling you where everything is located.

The property is under construction. They never communicated or notified us. They said it's only the entry area but it's in other areas throughout the hotel. The construction mess is also throughout the hotel.

When I booked the place , I had no idea that they were redoing the whole place . This place is like a maze , it’s so hard and so confusing to find your room the elevator , The pool , the way out . The lobby, I’ve never seen such a place so misconfigued in my life . The rooms are nice , The kitchen area is nice , This place would be better made into permenate places to stay, For just a night or two , it’s to much work to find your room , or anything else like I said . It was also very high priced I felt

It was unfortunate that Expedia wasnt able to share that the hotel was getting a remodel. Made access to the pool/hot tub a little concerning. We also had 5 in our room so we planned on using the pull out bed, but linens for the bed were limited. It was late so we didnt go ask, but one of the guests was very uncomfortable all night. We also had to ask for more towels as only 3 wete stocked for 5 visitors.

The construction was so intrusive, no room that is impacted the way we were should be open. The noise and physical vibrations from the construction in the room directly above us was violating.

When we checked in we asked not to be on the freeway side, but that’s where we were put. The air conditioner was in the bedroom side and was extremely noisy. I asked to be moved at 12:30am which they then put us on an inside room. There was no safe so I had to carry my jewelry with me. There was an atrium outside the rooms. 10 pm is quiet time and for the most part was fine. One evening there was loud rap music which quit at 10, but there were people playing basketball til 10:30 and at 8 in the morning. The breakfast was nice and the attendant was very good. The laundry room was also very nice. There was remodeling going on so there was some noise but not obnoxious.

The suite we were in needed a lot of updating/ maintenance. There was a bad smell in the room and the upholstery on the couch and chair were so dirty (and worn) that I placed towels on them before sitting on them! Bed was not comfortable. Shower had opening around the water knob. We asked to not be placed next to the construction going on, but we were placed right next to where they were working - loud music and power tools all day. The room was too expensive for what we got!

Being Remodeled.... Loud construstion workers. The building is in poor shape. Floor lamp did not work, TV remote didn't work, light over the stove didn't work and desk chair was in terrible shape.

We loved the large size of the room. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. The breakfast was also very good.

Food so good and staff very accommodating. Need update with their bath area and sofa beds needs changing as well. The place is good for family accomadation and easy access to any amenities, groceries and shopping.

The facility is very clean and the room felt like home. I always feel comfortable staying at this location!! Great restaurants and shopping options near by. Staff has always been very friendly. I will be returning!!

Watch the female over night staff.one took it upon herself to look up my phone number from my reservation thinking it was my fiance and she texted him causing unnecessary drama and ruined my vacation. I left early was still charged for the night I didn't stay and no action was taken by the hotel for what their employee did.

Good location and facility was nice. However, there should be a noise control or time limit for people to party out in the courtyard. Noisy until 3:30 AM and staff did not limit the noise.

Staff are amazing! They could not have been more helpful and caring. The manager, Danillo helped save our reservation when our flight was cancelled. Everyone else displayed the same work ethic of service. The room was comfortable and spacious, nice bed, good towels (the importance of good hotel towels are underestimated), nice kitchen in the room. The breakfast is above average for US hotel buffets. We will stay again next year.

The room we stayed in has not been changed since it was built. Original everything. Needs a deep clean . Coffee maker with no pot or basket, and I am sure it was that way for a long time. We walked by a room that had dirty towels laid out in the hallway the entire weekend without being picked up. Will not stay here again

Will definitely return when I am in Maple Grove again. Staff was friendly, room was clean and well equipped, breakfast was great, overall very impressed. They have a social gathering Monday thru Wednesday evening, free to hotel stayers, and have washing machines that are free of charge (you pay for detergent of course). Overall very pleased with my stay.

Was very disappointed that the hot tub was down since we were going there to spend the weekend in the pool area with the kids. Had we known we probably would have gone a different weekend.

We stayed two nights in the 2 bedroom suite, 5 family members. Overall the hotel was great, staff was very friendly, nice room and all the amenities we wanted. We were on the second floor and the floor above us the sound would come right through. There were kids running and jumping for 4 hours straight from 7-11pm literally shaking the light fixtures in our room. Not the hotels fault, more of a parenting problem. Would stay here again but would ask for the top floor next time.

Terrible motel. Gave us a room that was occupied or dirty, not sure. Then requested a room close to an entrance, they gave us a room furthest from an entrance. They moved us to the room that was not what we paid for. I had paid for a one bedroom suite, I got a studio. The phone did not work. The bed was hard and you could actually feel the springs in the old mattress. The sheets were itchy and very hard as well. This place should be closed. I am not sure how they are open with so many good hotels out there. This is definitely mismanaged. BYOTP!! The toilet paper is like sand paper, there are no tissues, there is not even a trash can in the restroom or bedroom area. This is subpar for any travelers. The price is outrageous for the stay that you have.

We had to have someone come in and revoke an the bathroom because there was a big ball of hair in the shower. The other bathroom had an ant problem. Not very clean.

Stairwell carpet was filthy. Lotion bottle in room had been used. The rest of the facility was clean.

Staff was nice and helpful. Room seemed dated. Bed was uncomfortable for us. Dishwasher was PAINFULLY loud! Good wireless WiFi. Well stocked with dishwater and appliances. However we did not have a toaster. Breakfast was ok and the coffee was hit and miss. The pool and hot tub was nice.

The room was clean, well set-up, the bed was very comfortable, the price was great for the hotel, and it had a very nice courtyard area. The ONLY negative was that I could hear the people above me.
