It’s too noisy to sleep during night. Our room was just opposite to highway. Laundry was out of order and not in good condition.

Stanley at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! Hotel was clean and nice!

We stayed two nights I always do 2 rooms every other weekend this hotel was horrible staff didn’t believe me when I said I needed clean towels and toilet then she told me they were out of toilet I was stunned and won’t go back there

Our Room was very clean, the hallway carpet needed to be vacuumed and cleaned. The property is very dated. Looks like they may be getting ready for an exterior facelift as they have a lift in the lot and some material. Staff was super nice except for 1 clerk, who was working the front desk when we checked out, didn’t smile and was very short. We did have a issue with the smell of POT coming into our room and down the hallway on Friday night. I reported it Friday night and the clerk tried to locate the source, I complained the next morning (Saturday) and he was concerned. On Sunday when we checked out the lady didn’t really care. She said that it was legal in Florida. I did have to sign that Smoking and Vaping was not allowed, and even paid a hundred dollar deposit. ( i’m waiting for my refund) It may be legal in Florida to smoke it, but I shouldn’t have my rights violated to have to smell it… I most likely won’t be staying at this property anymore. Also woke up Friday and Saturday night to a large dog barking across the hall.

Second time staying. First was great had no issues this time around different. This room was a little run down. Cleaning lady who provided towels didn’t know English when I ask for wash rags so I had to physically show her what I needed but this was not the main reason for the low score. Sunday our last day we went to breakfast my youngest didn’t feel good so she stayed in the room. I didn’t know we couldn’t take the food to our room and made her a plate, the breakfast lady came off the elevator loud as heck we can’t take anything out to our room we need to ask front desk first. First I saw no sign of this second it was embarrassing how loud she was third no one was at the desk and when the front desk lady came back she was totally ok with it and look at us like why we ask beside the one dollar tip in the jar I put a decent tip and if I had to deal with the breakfast lady before hand I would have kept my money, I didn’t match her attitude because there was small kids in the lobby but best believe I was pissed

Everything throughout and around the entire hotel was: outdated, dingy, scuffed, chipped, unmatched, stained, not cleanly lit, full trash can in lobby, overwhelmed staff, landscaping bare and without ground cover.

No hot water this morning. Charges a deposit when paid in full at check in. Coffee cups but no Lids. Can’t drive and drink coffee without a lid.

I was embarrassed when after using the toilet in the room it was on the verge of overflowing on the floor. However we saw a maid in the hallway and she quickly tried to assist with the problem until the maintenance guy came.

We checked out around 7 am . I was playing in a softball tournament in the Lakeland area we left to play our games. While playing got a phone call from the the hotel about leaving something important at the hotel. The gentleman at the front desk found a set of keys to our car in our room. He was on duty when we checked out and had the keys when we came a back to the hotel to get them Great service. We will rember thank you !!

I got to the room they told me it was a 100$ deposit wasn’t aware of that until I got there. Definitely wasn’t worth $95 for the night. Then I got up to my room there was a lizard on the wall, checked the bed had yellow stains my kids definitely was uncomfortable I don’t recommend anyone going there or take there kids there I really think they should upgrade this hotel

Lady at checkin was very nice. Hotel is VERY out dated and desperately in need of cleaning. When i entered room 326 i was immediately smaked in the face with a strong smell of marijuana. Carpets, curtains, bed skirt and ac unit were covered in white paint or plater due to a ceiling patch job. Telephone had exposed wiring, tv remote was taped together. Bathroom sink light took 2 hours to turn on. And it looked like something had chewed the wall in the bathroom and was then spray painted over. And the sheets were full of stains. We splept on top of the comforter set. Please do not waste any of your money here!!

After reading some of the negative reviews I was bracing for the worst but I couldn't find anything bad about this hotel. Check in was fast, location was great, room was spotless, ac worked great, watched a movie on the cable tv, got a subway sub right next door and slept like a baby in supreme comfort!

Easy access to highway. Great staff and glad breakfast is back albeit not at same level as before 2020 This hotel definitely needs a spruce up in lobby area and rooms. Curtains in my room falling apart and carpet in room and walking areas are dirty and smelly.

Very nice stay. Was a bit loud since it sits right beside a major interstate but easy to get in and out of for travel. Fairly clean, staff was super nice. Breakfast was amazingly good and the coffee was nice and strong.

The staff that checked me in and out could not have been nicer. The property either needs a complete renovation or tear it down. Halls, steps, and lobby are in terrible shape. The room has a lipstick on a pig renovation. I would have left but is was a late checkin and I was not familiar with the area. Really disappointed in the property as I have stayed in La Quinta before with excellent experiences. I’m truly surprised the franchise hasn’t been taken away.

The people at the desk were helpful and very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. However the room was not as clean as it could have been. The tv didn’t not work well but that was taken care of. The sink did not run well, the potty did not flush well and the AC appeared to be on it’s last days. The breakfast was not very good. So all together it was not what we were expecting.

I was disappointed. The carpet is old. In both the hallway and room. Mattress to soft. Ironing board cover stained and old. Paint on doors dark and gloomy. Only stayed overnight, thank goodness but did not enjoy the room at all.....sorry

This was the worst hotel ive ever stayed at genuinely, dirty, loud window AC that doesnt work so I was sweating so bad all night, not kind front desk at all, sheets made me very itchy, unit smelled moldy, dried up white liquids throughout the hotel. This hotel is a nightmare and I would not recommend anyone stay here.
