I asked for room service, and never got it!!

Stayed 1 night forgot my $120 electric toothbrush at the room. Called the day after and was told cleaning crew throw it in trash. 😤

I didn’t like the breakfast, but there is an IHOP next door.

I got this property specifically for the hot tub. There was no hot tub at all. It was filled with rocks and out of service permanently. Still listed as an amenity online. Room was dirty and stained. Also very loud

I left one day early because there was bedbugs in the bed

Property could use some updating. The breakfast could have some eggs/bacon/sausage or egg sandwiches

staff tried to be nice but they didn't have much to work with. Room needed a new bed(it was sunk in on open side and the way it faced there was only 18 inchs between wall and side of bed. I had to lift the bed and put buffer in to stop the squeaking. The light above mirror in bathroom didn't work. The tub dripped and the hardware at door needed a new screw. Breakfast buffet was unimaginable, no selection or utensils...they need complete redo inside and out...they put dogs all over the floors instead of on the first...understaffed...

There were old blood stains on the bathroom towel, elevators/hallways smell aweful. Walls are not insulated you can hear your neighbors easily.

The carpeting in the room was beyond dirty and bug ridden.

Avoid this horrible property! The list and photos of the problems detail a rundown place to AVOID! 1. Bugs on the bathroom sink area, fridge freezer frozen over-closed with ice/frost, phone was melted and burned, shower area caulking areas all brown, stained on carpet, stains on towels, metal “hooks” sticking out of bed frame..i kicked it, clock said 2;33pm when it was 11:19am. The smoke detector was missing…only wires it was formerly attached to were visible.

Old and in need of repair. No hot water in shower. Door keys never worked. Elevator out of order.

Took a while to get into room,door was stuck lights did not work. Truck in front of our window woke us up at 5:30 in the morning, Breakfast was terrible, toaster broken no hot water for grits, only thing to eat was cereal and waffles. I would not stay at a La Quinta again

My husband and i are disabled and we requested ground floor at the time the reservations were made. At check-in we were given 508. The clerk said no rooms available on 1st floor. The door on the back side did not close so anyone could enter. People not staying there came in at all hours. We had to take the dog out a few times during the night and saw people coming and going. For the most part the staff was kind and courteous.

I recently stayed, and had a very negative experience. The room was dirty and unkempt. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When I arrived at the hotel, I was immediately disappointed by the state of the room. The carpet was stained and dirty, and the furniture was old and worn. I was very frustrated, as I had paid a lot of money for the room. I won’t recommend this hotel staying.

Moldy tub really unacceptable in a hotel

Comforters had holes in them, sheets had holes, water constantly dripped in shower making noise, love seat so stained looked like it had been rolled around in dirt and mud, I don’t smoke and had a non smoking room but all you smell is cigarette smoke from hall way also you can see the hall way from the door, meaning people can see in your room

This property should be closed by the health department I had to switch to 3 rooms to find one that was not too dirty The carpets filthy in one room the water so hot it burned me/no cold water to balance it Another room the curtains torn carpet literally had what looked like blood stains…really horrible

I've been coming every month for 2 night stays the past few months. I haven't had any issues prior to this month. Upon check-in they want a $100 deposit I havent had to pay before and never caused any damages. Ive also never had a room with damages upon check-in. The first room they gave me had ripped curtains and the fridge didn't work. So I had to change rooms which also had ripped curtains worse than the first room. The next morning while taking a nap my daughter told me someone was trying to get into the room. I had a 2 night stay and wasnt expecting anyone. They again attempted to get into the room and had the door open being very persistent and rude. I had the top latch locked thankfully so they couldnt get in. After walking to the door and asked who it was they said theu were housekeeping and my room was supposed to be empty so they demanded to know how I got in there and when I checked in. Very unprofessional and didnt make me feel safe at all!! I told the front desk and they were just like "we spoke to them and it wont happen again".

The property is getting a makeover and so far looks great. Prices are competitive, it is a great big bang for your buck. The staff is outstanding, they are very friendly and helpful, I will be back to this hotel.

Woke up in the morning due to construction in another room. Could not sleep.

At check in it appeared decent in the lobby. But when we parked at the back, the siding was covered in mold. The outter door wasn't secure, the elevator was dirty and our room didn't have a number plate. The wash clothes and bedding had hair and fuzz on them from the last guest The property is older which was especially noticable in the bathroom.
