We booked this room because it was one of the most affordable for our trip and didnt expect how nice the room actually was for the price. The room, resort, and amenities were a pleasant surprise for us. We ended up with the hottub all to ourselves after a long day of hiking. This will be our go to spot whenever we visit Sedona.

Beautiful resort. Enjoyed our stay. People above us stomped like giants when they walked but not the resorts fault. Only other thing is the Jacuzzi near our room was out of order but didn't have a sign or any indication. Thankfully there was a second Jacuzzi on the other side that we were able to use.

Poor communication. Our flight got delayed by 12 hours so we called to ensure we’d be able to check in at 3 am to crash for a few hours before traveling onward. We were told yeah, no problem which is why we made the two hour drive from Phoenix (otherwise we would have just slept at a hotel in Phoenix and got two extra hours of rest). During that call we also requested a refund or to switch our date. Both request were denied (which I understand but it was not our fault that American Airlines didn’t hold up their end of the bargain).
When we arrived for check-in at 4 AM there was nobody there. The doors were locked. We called a number and spoke to a third-party answering service who told us to punch in a code code which unlocked a door with an envelope containing our last name and two room keys with a map to the facility. The problem was they didn’t put a room number on the map so we had no clue which Room went. We called the answering service back times and they told us to go to five different rooms before we finally found ours. We were exhausted. We were cold. We were alone at night. It was an awful experience.

front desk staff are disgruntled, unhelpful and unfriendly group of people
made apt for the sauna 3 hrs ahead of time and the girl forgot to turn on, the girls where not working and on phones and computer laughing up a storm. I then sat inside for 1 hr and it never got hot, then they closed right on the dot and kicked me out finally after getting heat for 10 min.

The property was quite lovely and our room was amazing! We had the king suite. Plenty of room and very clean. Perfect for 4 cousins. I would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend

Stayed overnight and was quite pleased with our stay. Friendly, helpful staff, and some amenity activities and pools aLai available. Nice to have a kitchenette there, but we didn’t use it. Room was clean, well stocked and provided us a safe place to rest for the night. Wifi was fine and the shower was nice & hot. Overall, it was a much more reasonably priced stay for the Sedona area. I would definitely stay again if in the area again.
It is an earlier check out time than most other hotels…10am but it was fine for us.

Checkin time stated as 4:00. Due to their computer system being down, and something about not having all the rooms ready (how is that related to the computer?) we couldn’t get in until 6. Obviously short staffed (the woman at the registration desk was trying hard but completely overwhelmed.) We chose this place for a somewhat spa-like ambience but it really isn’t, and the late checkin threw off our plans to the extent we really didn’t have time to enjoy the property at all. Very noisy around our unit in the morning.

Nice location! Comfortable and clean rooms.
I booked two suites for the family and wanted them adjoining but we got separated by one unit. They wouldn't let us do a late check out for noon on a Tuesday to accommodate our last hike so that was disappointing.
I would stay here again but I hope the staff can be more accommodating. Don't drink the tap water.

Had a great stay at the studio. Bathroom was missing an item and when we let them know they quickly sent someone to refill the item. Beds were comfortable. Dining table and the other amenities were very convenient. Location was also very good, close to all sightseeing places.

The location is convenient to stores, restaurants, downtown shops and hiking trails. Parking was free. Although clean, the room was outdated and dim (perhaps because of the dark accent wall) and dim lighting. There were two front desk attendants, only one which was friendly and warm. The other said a rude comment which was surprising and disappointing. I remained silent and tried to ignore her comment, but her words hurt and were unnecessary. Overall, the venue was fine but our family will not be returning due to our initial reception.

Although the room was clean, this is a no frills property with maintenance issues. Could not open the microwave door. No public trash receptacles unless you walk across the entire complex. I got the feeling the owners are too cheap to concern themselves with customer service. Late check in and 10am checkout gives you less value for your money. And forget houskeeping if you stay for two nights. We won't be back.

We stayed in a one bedroom unit which was very spacious with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, laundry room and full kitchen. Recently updated with new carpet and furnishings, very comfy bed.

We loved our stay - apartment was bigger and better then the photos and spotlessly clean. Easy parking, good WiFi, and great facilities on-site (even if the indoor pool could have done with being a couple of degrees warmer!). Staff friendly. Only annoyance was some noise from AC of apartment next door which bothered us at night. But great value for the price we paid in off-season.

This a great location for dining and grocery stores if you plan to use the cooking facilities . Just a short drive to down town area.
Also has hiking trails 5 min drive from the resort.

This place was just perfect for our trip. Centrally located to shopping, dining, hiking and the customer service was beyond amazing!! We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with fireplace, washer/dryer, jetted tub, fully equipped kitchen, living & dining room and it had 1 patio and balcony. Very quiet location, huge parking spots and we loved that it was very easy access to both major highways. Will definitely stay here again.

The activities center since it rained half of our trip. The suite was fantastic and offered everything we needed. The only complaints was the running toilet upstairs (we didn’t complain to staff though) and the parking area isn’t large enough when full. We had to walk a ways at night in rain to get back to our room. We loved the gym and the quiet! This is close to so much. Hiking trails, shopping and tons of dining. Starbucks close enough to walk. We will def be staying here again in the future. Deloraine and Leanne at the front desk were marvelous. Full of information and super friendly..

Everything was fine. I got in at 4 in the morning. And it was shut up where I could make a phone call and AI have a lockbox right there for me to get my key.

Gary was very helpful with check in,polite and profesional Stairway at very bottom could use better lighting or caution strip,easy to miss bottom step and trip .Other wise we had a great stay at the Springs.beautiful unit, lots of nice extras,Large 1 bedroom unit ,very clean and well appointed.Will visit here again

We loved this place! We wish we were staying more than one night. we got a simple room with a king size bed and got so much more. This little place is more like a roomy studio. We will definitely be coming back..
