Got woken up at 230 am by cops yelling at guys in room across from us. While they were there they got another call for people on floor below us. Fine, that stuff happens from time to time but what got me was going dow for breakfast at 730 am with only cereal and toast left. No coffee at all and warm juice. Not worth the twenty bucks savings at all.

My Check-in was pretty good, the lady was super gentle. However my room was full of cockroaches, I remember killing 7, I woke up in the morning and there was one on the bed. The breakfast was okay. The Check-out guy was super rude. NOPE!

We were afraid to even open the refrigerator! WHO knows what we would’ve found! If we could rate negative scores….WE WOULD! The site photos need MAJOR UPDATES IMMEDIATELY! Bait & Switch at it’s finest! I’m so embarrassed & furious that we spent a dime here let alone XXX! And my family think it’s funny that I travel with a WHOLE system including my own bedding! And yes I used everything on this disgusting room! Owners should be absolutely ashamed! My husband slept in the sheet ( OURS) covered chair. Moved the bed from the wall because who knows how many critters are behind the painting over the bed. I am so ANGRY that we wasted our hard earned money!!! XXX May not be much to you BUT it does to us!!!!!!! I feel like fighting this for our money back! On principle & respect for other customers, I really feel like going to the next level to expose this XXXX! I woke up very sore throat & coughing up thick yellow mucus!!! My husband was up early the next coughing up thick black & light yellow mucus! Sore throat and runny nose! There definitely were none of these issues BEFORE arriving to your hotel!

The staff was friendly, helpful, cooperative, flexible. Three stars for working out our issues.

Room was very dated, towels unclean and torn

The property is close to a PSTA complex, making getting around pretty convenient. Breakfast and the staff in general were accommodating and friendly. The only issue I had was the thunderous noise (from 10pm-4am) coming from the upstairs neighbour. I raised the issue with the night staff and was pleased to find the issue resolved the next night. For the value and location, I would recommend this Super 8.

First king room we got checked into reeked of weed… the person down the hall was definitely heavily smoking it. We changed rooms, the new room the sheets had blue ink all over them but we stayed in this room cause it smelled drastically better… The bathroom door had a large hole it it… Showering puddles completely go over cause the curtain covers nothing to avoid soaking the entire bathroom floor. First day we went for breakfast at 8 and nearly everything was empty. We’re extremely itchy post stay and discovered fleas. Honestly didn’t think a 6/10 rating could be as bad as this place was. Service was the only positive- everyone at front desk was nice and accommodating, especially the man.

The building is very old, the carpets are stained and the room has a weird smell. The breakfast was disappointing too, the cereals looked like they were there for months as they were not crunchy. The only food that was eatable are the toasts and yogurt. The staff was helpful though and they were doing their best for the customers.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms with room service every day. Indoor connecting corridors with lift/ elevator. Simple but quite sufficient cereal, toast, pastries, yogurt breakfast with coffee and fruit juice. Would stay there again.

They were rude and very unaccomdating

This Super 8 is really dirty, including stained linens on beds and very stained and dirty carpets. When entering the hotel, we were met with a super heavy bug spray smell. The front desk employee who checked us in was angry that we had used Hotels.com and not booked our room directly with the hotel. Terrible experience!

Will not be staying here again. Even the towels were dingy

The Staff is amazing. It's like a huge family of hilarious people. Rooms are pretty decent. The third floor is very nice but more expensive.... Prepare to pay more up there. The pool is still warm just as the weather.

Staff sucks

Was staying because of the hurricane. Booked on line. The day before i was to check in i got a call. I was asked if i planned on checking in. I said yes. He said he could not guarantee avroom with two queen beds. I said i reserved 2 queens. He said duke enegy has booked the bulk of those rooms. And they pay way more then you did. What???? What differnce does that make to me. Each customer should be treated the same. No matter what they are paying. The room was fine. Towels were grey as they are not cleaned with bleach. And are very very very thin.

Not in very good shape

Came here for my birthday and thanks to a friend, I was able to spend quality time with my loved one. Thanks for the 2 superb nights of romantic getaway.

Front desk staff very friendly. Initially giveback a room that smelled of smoke. Upon bringing this to the attention of the front desk, new room assigned. Room was okay but towels were full of stains.

This was such a horrible experience. The front desk guy Fernando smokes marijuana between guests right by the front door, you can smell it as soon as you walk up. The front desk smells like mold, the door to our room was broken. It just opens without the key. The room is so nasty and you can smell the mold all in the halls and even worse in the room. When we asked for a refund because we have an infant and couldn’t stay there with him, the manager deven and chase couldn’t bother to deal with us and said they’re unavailable even though they were consistently on the phone with Fernando in front of us. Then Fernando stormed out while I was asking for a refund and proceeded to smoke in front of the entrance. I don’t know who would think that place would be safe for an infant.

The hotel was a lil run down. The lady at front desk seemed put out by us trying to check in. While in our room we found a roach crawling on the wall. Will never stay there again.

The front desk gentlemen were more than helpful it was a delight doing business and we will return.

While the property is much older than most in the area, it was sufficient for our stay. The beds were comfy and the room was clean especially the bathroom. The rugs, sheets and blankets are older and need to be updated but everything during our stay was good.
