Here you’ll enjoy a vacation in a fully equipped, quiet 2-room apartment for up to 4 people, with approximately 48 m² of living space on the 1st floor. The elevator provides quick and convenient access—without any steps or thresholds—to the wellness area (heated indoor pool and saunas for a fee) in the building’s basement, as well as to your parking space in the underground garage.
You can make yourself comfortable in the cozy living/dining area, which features a double sofa bed for two people (sleeping area approx. 190 cm x 130 cm), a balcony, an LCD TV (Sky), and a telephone.
Internet access (Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection) is available for your computer and smartphone.
You can play your own DVDs, CDs, USB drives, and memory cards here.
An idyllic natural pond lies in front of the west-facing balcony. Here you can relax, watch the songbirds, and enjoy the sunset.
The modern, comfortable kitchen and dining area is available for you to prepare quick meals and delicious dishes. There is a refrigerator with a freezer compartment for storing your groceries. You can leave the dishes to the built-in dishwasher, though you’ll need to load it yourself.
For a restful night’s sleep and pleasant dreams, a comfortable double bed (2x 90 cm x 200 cm) awaits you in the spacious bedroom. There is also an LCD TV in the bedroom.
The bathroom, featuring a shower and a toilet raised 5 cm above standard height, is accessible separately from each room via the hallway.

Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa park and shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away.
You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay, and the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a family vacation.
On the first floor of the Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlor and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
