Welcome to our cozy 2-room apartment, which sleeps up to 4 people and spans 44 m² on the first floor. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, and in the living/sleeping area, a comfortable double sofa bed invites you to relax. A separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen ensure that you’ll feel right at home.
Enjoy sunny hours on the balcony or relax in the on-site swimming pool—use of the pool is included during your stay. You can use the sauna area for a fee to make your stay even more relaxing. Satellite TV and a phone are available for your entertainment, and your parking space is conveniently located in the underground garage.

You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay; the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of your family vacation.
On the first floor of the Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a variety of restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlor and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
