This is how a resort should be run. Everything from checkin to ALL the little details provided throughout our stay were noticed and much appreciated. The rooms are well appointed with added extras that other hotels would charge. Here they are the icing on top! Never needed to ask for anything, because they already thought of it and was provided. Clean, comfortable, EXCELLENT staff! Hesitant to post this review, because it will be difficult to get a room once the secret is out. Well done Twin Palms Resort!

They thought of it all

Twin Palms was exceptional. Comfortable, spacious, clean rooms. Robert and his team were super friendly and accommodating. The facilities where top notch and the 24h canteen, + onsite breakfast and lunch where great. Cannot speak highly enough of this place. I will definitely be returning

Nothing

The property is a perfect combination of modern and mid-century styles. The fact that both breakfast and lunch were included in the price was a surprise and helped to make the cost an even better value.

We were in a studio room which was quite adequate - especially the large bathroom! The only suggestion I would add is that it would be helpful to provide more drawer space or, alternatively, luggage stands which would free the chairs for seating.

The resort is new, modern and very well equipped. The room is big, you have a lot of space for luggage and a wardrobe to store your clothing. The bathroom is HUGE, big space to take a shower, do your make up and get ready to a party. We loved it! Pool and common areas are great too!

The only thing that bothered us was a couple close to us that was having sex during the night around 3am everyday making a lot of noise.

It's a small resort with only about 20 rooms, all facing to the pool in the center which creates a friendly social vibe among guests.

clean and open and easy to use

Breakfast was ample with enough selections for variety over several days. Lunch was a great addition and allowed for more time lounging by the pool. Staff and cleanliness of the place are exceptional.

Walls seemed to allow more noise between rooms than expected.

We had an excellent time at this chic, classy resort. It's peaceful, relaxed and clean. Highly recommend!

Would have been great to have shades on the bathroom windows/sliding doors.
