This cozy 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath chalet with open floor plan will make you feel right at home! Start your day with a coffee on the spacious deck with seasonal views of the lake. Find a quite spot on the deck or loft to read your favorite book. Enjoy the many amenities that the property has to offer within the Hideout Community or surrounding areas. There are so many fun things to do within 30 minutes from the Hideout (Zoos, Skiing, Shopping, Casinos, Restaurants, and so much more. Finish your day around the campfire where you can tell stories and roast marshmallows). The home is family friendly with a games, smart TV's, and more. The deck includes a BBQ Grill, Tables, Chairs, Umbrellas, Love seat, and rocking chairs. The kitchen comes fully equipped with rustic style dinning wear, pots, pans, Keurig, Nespresso espresso machine, toaster, waffle maker, and more. The dinning area has a country style table with chairs and a bench. The kitchen island has stools. The living room has a large sectional with two recliners. There is a 65 inch Smart TV in Livingroom above the electric fireplace. It's a perfect place to curl up to watch a movie. The Master Bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a king-size bed , two large closets, on suite, and a smart TV. The on suite has large soaking tub, separate shower, and a double vanity. There is a half bath and laundry room that is located on the first floor. The second floor has large loft with spectacular views. There is a twin pull out bed, stools, and chest that contains a bunch of family games. This is a perfect spot for the kids to hang out! The second full bath is located in the loft area adjacent to the two guest bedrooms. The bathroom has a combination tub/shower and a large vanity with drawers. Guest Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, large closet, smart TV and plenty of floor space. Guest Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, and a bunk bed (lower full bed and the upper is a twin bed). This room has a dresser and large closet. The home has everything that you need! Ironing board, Iron, and everything that you need to get your trip started (Garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, and paper towels.) The 250 acres of pristine woodland and beautiful water offer peace and serenity in this lovely mountain retreat. The Hideout is a Gold Star four season gated community with 24 hour public safety. Amenities include pools, tennis, basketball, pickleball, gym, game room, clubhouse, Golf (seasonal), pool (seasonal), lake (seasonal), arts center, ski hill, tubing, restaurants, indoor sports complex. Our vacation was great!! Plenty to do with all the amenities that are offered. John responded quickly anytime I needed assistance. There was even 2 turkeys hanging out in the yard to keep us company. Overall I recommend John’s house and the hideout to anyone who like “the mountain life”. Thanks again!!

From start to finish (and after) John was responsive and helpful throughout. I was in a unique position as I rented the same house the year before but with a different owner. John turned the house a complete 180. It had the vibe of a B and B with snacks left for us, complimentary sundries in the bathroom and all the right updates. There were ZERO supplies the year before, not even frigging TP. John's pride as a homeowner and host is obvious throughout his home. If you're looking at this listing, just book it. You will not be disappointed. We had 6 ppl from ages 8-75 and everyone had a good time. Even my godparents visited for a couple of days and the process was easy and without any problem. I can't say enough good things about this listing. John has set the bar really high , I'm worried any other experience on VRBO will be a let down.

We could not ask for anything more in this house nor in the host, John! What an amazing sense of comfort and home! Immaculate and spacious rooms with a sectional in the living room that can seat all. We are all looking forward to another stay next summer!

We had the most amazing week staying at Lake Ariel. This house was immaculate and beautifully decorated for the holiday season…it was just perfect for our family of 5. John was super helpful and responsive. We will definitely be returning soon!
