The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained building with an elevator and features a gorgeous east-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea—ideal for relaxing breakfasts with the sound of the sea in the background.
The bright rooms are tastefully furnished and feature blackout blinds, a cozy kitchen-dining area with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as two separate bedrooms (first bedroom: 1 double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m); second bedroom: 1 single bed (1.00 x 2.00 m) and 1 sleeper chair (0.77 x 1.90 m, suitable for children). A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the cozy atmosphere.
Free Wi-Fi is available for your added convenience. The building also features a sauna, spacious wet rooms, and a cozy relaxation room—open Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and on holidays from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
A parking space, as well as a washer and dryer in the basement, are also available.
Please note: Pets will no longer be permitted for bookings starting in March 2026, and this is a non-smoking apartment.

In addition, the property offers underground parking spaces and outdoor parking spots.
