About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is located in a 32-unit apartment complex in Scharbeutz, between the spa gardens and the Baltic Sea, right on the waterfront with a direct view of the Baltic Sea. It is on the third floor and is easily accessible by elevator. There is a parking space right next to the building for your car, and for bicycles, there is an outdoor bike rack or a storage room in the basement. The building features a swimming pool with a small sauna. In the basement, there is a huge playroom and a laundry room. The apartment measures 55 square meters and features a bedroom with a 1.80 x 2-meter box-spring bed, a TV, and access to a balcony with a view of the sea. There’s also a small room with a bunk bed, which is suitable for adults as well, since the bed was custom-built by a carpenter—it’s extremely sturdy, so nothing wobbles. This room also has a window overlooking the lake. The toilet and shower room are conveniently separated into two rooms. The living/dining area and kitchen are in one open space, and there’s direct access to the spacious balcony, which has a table for four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.
A laundry package can be booked separately for an additional fee.
