This vacation apartment with a great ocean view is located on the first floor of one of Scharbeutz’s most beautiful residential complexes, close to the center. The beach, the nearest bakery, and Scharbeutz’s Dune Mile are just a few steps away.

The modern living-dining area features a cozy sofa nook and a large dining table with four chairs for social gatherings. The balcony, which wraps around the living room, offers a 100% ocean view. In addition to a flat-screen TV and a stereo system, free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom features natural light, a floor-to-ceiling shower, and a heated towel rack. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the entire apartment. The bedrooms are furnished with box-spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a TV in each room.

This apartment is particularly well-suited for people with allergies, as it is a strictly non-smoking vacation rental and pets are not allowed. A travel crib with a mattress and a high chair can be provided free of charge. During the season (May 15–September 15), a beach chair is available for you free of charge right across the street on the beach. Exterior shutters, in-floor heating, Wi-Fi, outdoor parking space, and a 100% ocean view.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the shared basement and can be used free of charge by all guests; the key is available at the Holm Ferienwohnungen office. Depending on availability, there is space for your bicycles in the large bicycle storage room in the building.
