This gorgeous, exclusive 3-room vacation apartment, with sweeping ocean views across Lübeck Bay, is located on the third floor of one of Scharbeutz’s most beautiful residential complexes, close to the center. It is in a quiet yet central location, and the Dünenmeile—with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops—is just a few minutes’ walk away. The private parking space behind the building ensures safe parking for your car.

You can already see the Baltic Sea from the hallway, and beyond… Every room offers a view of the Baltic Sea! You’ll feel right at home in this gorgeous apartment. The living room ceiling is lowered all around and, together with the integrated lighting, creates a pleasant atmosphere. The sofa offers exceptional comfort, and the loveseat is electrically adjustable. Your home theater system features a Blu-ray player, a 55-inch TV, and a 3D sound system. The dining area has plenty of room for four people. The sophisticated kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances: dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, pod coffee machine, and much more. The semi-wraparound balcony is furnished with lounge furniture—are you dreaming yet?
The bedrooms are furnished with Ruf box-spring beds (180 x 200 m) and each has a flat-screen TV. The two bathrooms, both flooded with natural light, are very appealing and feature large tiles. The first bathroom has a walk-in shower with an overhead showerhead and a handheld showerhead; the second bathroom has a bathtub with a whirlpool function.
