The location was very convenient and check-in was easy. It had a great kitchen and living room area, plus the bathroom was huge and super nice.
Overall we loved it; except...
The bed was probably THE worst I've ever slept in in a rental, even in discount motels. The mattress was literally about three inches thick on top of springs. There was also a rickety futon which one of us tried sleeping on since the bed was so uncomfortable but it was no better.
To make matters worse, our window was right outside of a loading area in the building next door. We listened to trucks backing in, beeping and unloading at all hours of the night, as well as lots of street noise from traffic. I guess that's to be expected somewhat given the location but it didn't seem that the building was very soundproof.

Property was very noisy.
Bath towels were inadequate, two for a week?
The amenities were minimal.
I didn't like the wood floors, furniture was in poor condition.
No housekeeping for a week.
After my stay, I had to take out my own trash!!

Great area but when you can't sleep because of badly put together bed. the sofa you had to find a hole to fit in before sitting down or take a chance of hitting a crossbeam. the kitchen table was ok for working on your computer but small for two people to eat at. the owners should go next door or across the street and ask to see what kind of furnishings should be used. the items in this unit did not look old just cheep. kind of takes to shine off an otherwise great vacation !!!!!!!!!!!

Plenty of space in the apartment. More than enough essentials already in place. Just maybe update washer/dryer...both didnt seem to function well

Very noisy as expected. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom remodelled. Floor very old and dated/ damaged. High ceiling a plus and location is perfect.

I booked this unit because of the exclusive patio and found upon arrival that patio was inaccessible. I would have liked this unit if it wasn't for the following:
The shower heads and dishwasher needed a deep cleaning to remove all the calcium build up.
The hardwood floor need an coating. I was afraid that my heels would get stuck in one of the openings and I would break my neck.
The furniture was in usable condition but looked like it should have been replaced 5 years ago in addition to the unit needing a new paint job.

Great location steps to the French Quarter. And, many restaurants going on magazine in the other direction. In the.01 there is street noise from Magazine Street.

It was a large space for 1 br. It was secure and safe. It had a good amount of extras (full kitchen, toiletries, coffee, extra towels). Communication leading up to the stay was good. Be aware they request you to send a picture of your ID upon booking either via text or to an app. I was not very comfortable with this but it was mandatory. The property is also in a fairly loud location. Closing the bedroom door helped some but the walls were also thin and the floor above was loud.

Not as plush as im use too. Mildew smell in the unit. Water smelled like egg.

This place is a wonderful value. The cost was half of that of the Sheraton where my conference was taking place. It is very spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen.

Amenities were excellent for the same price as a hotel room.

I could not store my bagage anywhere in the hotel intill the timepoint of check-in (16.00).There is no reception, but the telephone-agents could solve all problems or at least answer my questions.. I had no room, but a quite big appartement, almost too big for one person. The location is great, very close to the French quarter and Mississippi. Can be noisy in the morning (trash-trucks), but it is not a big deal. I had a very nice stay there...

Very good location and a lot of room.

Great location. Close to the French Quarter. Was disappointed in property, front door worked but was coming off frame and difficult to open and close. Maintenance never came to fix even after 2 requests. Dishwasher didnt work, and rooftop patio furniture broken. And was led to believe there was a balcony from.photos.
Pluses -- great layout, comfortable bed, and great people watching from huge windows.

Kitchen sink backs up, no sponge to really clean anything, bathroom could use a better cleaning. The bed needs to be replaced- I didn’t get one night of decent sleep. You will hear every noise due to the windows. Over all the appearance was good. Kitchen supplies to make anything is limited but I u sweet and this is NOLA and people want to eat out every meal. I def won’t stay here again.

Still a nice place to stay.
I was a little miffed that there was only 1 towel available.
Also some minor maintenance issues, the TP holder was loose, the shower knob would fall off.
Love having a washer and dryer in the unit.
