The location of the apartment was fabulous. Right in the hub so easy walking everywhere.
The staff were always easy to contact and always very helpful.
The apartment was very clean.
It felt quite closed in with very little outlook in any of the rooms, and absolutely no outlook at all in the pool area. So felt a bit as if you were in a box.
Coffee pods were provided but it missed the little things, for example, not everyone drinks coffee, and some people like a little milk and sugar. There were none of these. No tea, no tissues.
The bedrooms were quite small so it was hard to open out suitcases in the rooms.

It was clean, in a good location
The NOISE from other apartments in the building meant no sleep - people slamming doors, and partying until early hours. Never again
