From their large sun decks, our vacation apartments offer a breathtaking panoramic view of the Szczecin Laguna, which lies directly in front of us. The fantastic view of the sparkling water will enchant you.
All terrace homes and apartments are furnished with high-quality amenities. Surrounded by large lawns and level walkways, our seven vacation homes are situated on a spacious outdoor grounds facing the lagoon coast. Our lagoon terraces, with seating areas along the cliffs, invite you to relax.
Enjoy wellness, fitness, games, and socializing in our common areas, which are available to you free of charge. Look forward to our saunas and infrared cabins. We also offer professional massages, which you’re welcome to book with us.
Your children can let off steam on our outdoor playgrounds, which feature a climbing tower, a zip line, and playground equipment. Outside the resort, there’s a soccer field, and in the basement areas of our buildings, there’s an indoor playroom.
For your entertainment, you can use our bocce court or, indoors, our billiards room, as well as common areas for darts, foosball, and table tennis. Our club room is also available for social gatherings, featuring sports viewing and a bar.
You can securely store your bicycles in a dedicated, lockable bike room. We also offer bicycles for rent.
There are several barbecue areas in front of the houses that are free to use.
Your dog is very welcome here. We ask that you keep your dog on a leash on the apartment terrace and within the vacation complex. Outside our grounds, wide-open fields and meadows offer plenty of space for your dog to run freely and safely.
The fine-sand beach on Usedom’s Baltic Sea coast can be reached via the imperial spa towns of Bansin, Heringsdorf, and Ahlbeck—all of which are eight kilometers away and no more than a 15-minute drive from us. The Korswandt Golf Course is located 5 kilometers away. As our guests, you’ll receive discounted tickets there.
The charming fishing village of Kamminke, with a swimming beach on the lagoon coast, is right nearby. We highly recommend the open-air restaurant at the harbor for its excellent seafood and a spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

This luxurious 4-bedroomapartment on the first floor of Building 2, which can accommodate up to 6 people plus a toddler up to 2 years old in a crib, offers 119 m² of living space and features 3 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms with showers. The large 21 m² sun terrace is ideally south-facing. The apartment is modernly furnished with an open-concept living-dining area, a large dining table, a leather sofa, and a flat-screen TV (including a Sky subscription). The high-quality kitchen, which opens onto the living area, leaves nothing to be desired. A restful night’s sleep is guaranteed in the two bedrooms, each featuring box-spring beds and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom has a comfortable sofa bed (sleeping area: 1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. You can unwind on the large, covered sun terrace, which features a dining set, two lounge chairs, footstools, a parasol, and sun loungers.

Your dog is welcome here. On the apartment terrace and within the immediate vacation complex, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash out of consideration for other guests. Outside our property, wide fields and meadows offer plenty of space for your dog to run freely and safely.
A parking space under the carport is available for your use. You can use the Wi-Fi network free of charge. Upon request, we can provide a high chair and a travel crib for a fee. You can use the washer and dryer in the basement for a fee. You can securely store your bicycles in the lockable bike room (outlet for e-bikes available).
The basement of the building features a large 365 m² recreation, fitness, and wellness area (bio sauna, Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, fitness room, massage room, relaxation room, lounge, playroom for toddlers, billiards, table tennis, foosball), which is available to you free of charge and caters to the interests of all ages.
