It is our great pleasure to have you spend your precious vacation days with us.
Beautiful vacation apartments, high-quality furnishings in a modern style, with terraces spanning the full width of each apartment, offer a breathtaking view of the Szczecin Lagoon right in front of us. Experience the sun over the water from sunrise to sunset. The sparkling reflections on the water will enchant you.
Our seven vacation homes face the lagoon coast. They are situated on a spacious outdoor grounds, surrounded by flat lawns and landscaped walkways, and are grouped together. Our property extends all the way to the cliffs, where individual seating areas offer an endless view across the lagoon, inviting you to relax.
Our wellness area for fitness, sauna, relaxation, games, and socializing is available to you in our common areas at no additional cost. The sauna area features a bio-sauna, a Finnish sauna, an infrared cabin, various showers, and a massage and relaxation room with soothing music. You’re welcome to book professional massages with us.
Your children can let off steam at several outdoor playgrounds featuring a climbing tower, a zip line, and playground equipment. Outside the resort, there’s a soccer field, and in the basement areas of our buildings, there’s a playroom equipped with child-friendly amenities.
Our bocce court is available for your leisure. Also located in the basement areas are a billiards room and common areas for darts, foosball, and table tennis, as well as a club room for social gatherings, complete with a TV for watching sports and a bar.
You can safely store your bicycles in a dedicated, lockable bike room. We also offer bicycles for rent.
There are several barbecue areas in front of the buildings that are available for free use.
Your dog is welcome here. We ask that you keep your dog on a leash on the apartment terrace and within the resort grounds. Outside our grounds, there are wide-open fields and meadows where your dog can run freely and safely.
The imperial spa towns of Bansin, Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck, and the fine-sand Usedom Baltic Sea beach are eight kilometers away—a maximum of 15 minutes by car. The “Baltic Hills” golf course in Korswandt is located 5 kilometers away. As our guests, you’ll receive discounted tickets here.
In our neighborhood lies the little fishing village gem of Kamminke, with a swimming beach on the lagoon shore. We highly recommend the open-air restaurant at the harbor for its excellent seafood and a spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

Welcome to the Usedom Terrace Apartment.
This luxurious 4-roomapartment on the first floor of Building 4, which can accommodate up to 6 people plus a toddler up to 2 years old in a crib, offers 119 m² of living space and features 3 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms with showers. The large 21 m² sun terrace has an ideal south-facing orientation. The apartment is modernly furnished with an open-concept living-dining area, a large dining table, a leather sofa, and a smart TV (including a Sky subscription). The high-end kitchen, which opens onto the living area, leaves nothing to be desired. A restful night’s sleep is guaranteed in the two bedrooms, each featuring box-spring beds and a smart TV. The third bedroom features a comfortable sofa bed (sleeping area: 1.80 x 2.00 m) and a smart TV. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. On the large, covered sun terrace—complete with a dining set, two lounge chairs, footstools, a parasol, and sun loungers—you can relax and unwind.
The fantastic view of the water will enchant you every day!
Your dog is welcome here. On the apartment terrace and within the immediate vacation complex, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash out of consideration for other guests. Outside our property, wide-open fields and meadows offer plenty of space for your dog to run freely and safely.
Two parking spaces are available to you free of charge (1 carport, 1 parking space). You can use the Wi-Fi network free of charge. Upon request, we can provide a high chair and a travel crib for a fee. You can use the washer and dryer in the basement for a fee. You can securely store your bicycles in the lockable bike storage room (outlet for e-bikes available)
In the basement of the neighboring building, there is a large 365 m² recreation, fitness, and wellness area (bio sauna, Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, fitness room, massage room, relaxation room, lounge, playroom for toddlers, billiards, table tennis, foosball) spread over 365 m², which is available to you free of charge and caters to guests of all ages.
