We’re delighted that you’re spending your precious vacation time with us!
Our vacation apartment complex offers you comfort, relaxation, and a breathtaking panoramic view of the Szczecin Lagoon.
Let yourself be enchanted by the unique view of the sun-sparkling water. Thanks to its exposed location, you can expect heavenly tranquility as well as plenty of variety for you and your family.
All terrace homes and apartments feature sophisticated, modern amenities. Spacious lawns with landscaped walkways surround our vacation homes. Individual lagoonside terraces with seating areas along the cliffs invite you to linger.
Facilities for shared leisure activities, including wellness and fitness, are available to you free of charge. Look forward to our saunas and infrared cabins. You’re also welcome to book a relaxing massage.
Several outdoor playgrounds await your children, featuring a climbing tower, playground equipment, a zip line, and a soccer field. In case of bad weather, your children will find plenty of play options in the indoor playroom.
You can get active together and enjoy relaxing hours on our outdoor bocce court or in the cozy common area, which features fitness equipment and table tennis.
In the basement, you’ll find a billiards room, a common room with darts and foosball, as well as a cozy club room where you can watch sports together.
Our bike rental service offers classic touring bikes (subject to availability and for a fee). Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your own bikes and store them securely in our lockable bike rooms.
After an eventful day, our barbecue areas—complete with charcoal grills and seating—invite you to relax with delicious grilled specialties and wind down the evening in a peaceful atmosphere.
Your dog is welcome here. We ask that you keep your dog on a leash within our resort grounds. Outside our grounds, wide fields and meadows offer plenty of space for your dog to run freely and safely.

Enjoy the breathtaking ocean view of the Szczecin Lagoon from the 18 m² covered sun balcony, which is sure to become your favorite spot in this vacation apartment.
This modern 4-room apartment on the first floor of Building 7 (elevator available) can accommodate up to 6 people. It offers 100 m² of living space and features three bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms with showers.
The large, sunny balcony has an ideal south-facing orientation.
The apartment is modernly furnished with an open-concept living-dining area, a large dining table, a leather sofa, and a smart TV (including a Sky subscription).
The high-quality kitchen, which opens onto the living area, leaves nothing to be desired.
A restful night’s sleep is guaranteed in the two bedrooms, each featuring a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 cm) and a smart TV. The third bedroom features a comfortable sofa bed (sleeping area: 1.60 x 2.00 m) and a smart TV.
The en suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. On the covered sun balcony, complete with a dining set, two lounge chairs, footstools, and a parasol, you can relax and unwind.
The fantastic view of the water will enchant you every day!
Your dog is welcome here. Within the resort grounds, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash out of consideration for other guests. Outside our property, wide-open fields and meadows offer plenty of space for your dog to run freely and safely.
A free parking space is available for you under the carport. There is also a charging station there that you can use for a fee (0.50 EUR per kWh). Additional parking spaces are available about 250 m away.
You can use the Wi-Fi network free of charge. Upon request, we can provide a high chair and a travel crib for a fee. In the basement of the house, you can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee. You can securely store your bicycles in the lockable bike room (outlet for e-bikes available).
The wellness and recreation areas (sauna, infrared cabin, relaxation room, fitness room with a ping-pong table) are located in the basement of the building and can be used free of charge.
In the basement of Buildings 1 and 2, there is an additional 365 m² leisure, fitness, and wellness area featuring several saunas, a fitness room, massage room, and lounge, a playroom for toddlers, pool table, and foosball, which is available to you free of charge and caters to the interests of all ages.
Check-in is from 4:to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
