The Dünenresidenz, built in 2006, is situated in a prime location in this well-known seaside resort.
Two of the three buildings stand directly parallel to the beach promenade—the third building faces Bergstraße and offers charming views of the idyllically situated Schloonsee.
The small garden in the complex’s inner courtyard features a fountain made of granite blocks.
An underground parking garage and bicycle storage are available in the basement.

Located on the top floor of this new building—easily accessible by elevator—is this high-quality and tastefully furnished vacation apartment.
Its excellent location between the Baltic Sea and the beautiful Schloonsee makes it an attractive spot for a relaxing vacation: it’s just a few steps to the promenade of the Dreikaiserbäder and the magnificent sandy beach.
Two bay window turrets each feature a terrace from which you can enjoy the sun all day long. The non-smoking apartment, decorated in bright, sunny colors, is divided into three separate rooms.
The living/dining room, with its bright, fully equipped country-style kitchen (including a dishwasher and a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven), immediately puts you in a vacation mood. From the dining area in the bay window tower with a terrace, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the beautiful Schloonsee. A radio with a CD player and a flat-screen TV are also available.
In the second bay window in the large bedroom, you’ll find a cozy double bed, a comfortable reading chair, and a second TV. From the bedroom, you can access the second terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea. A third, smaller room with a desk and a sleeper sofa (1.80 x 1.40) offers space for a third person.
The bathroom, with its spacious shower, and an additional guest restroom ensure a comfortable vacation experience. High-quality granite slabs were used in the bathroom and on all the floors of the apartment.
The decor is complemented by lovingly selected artwork and accessories. The partial sloped ceilings give this inviting vacation apartment an even cozier feel.
Out of consideration for future guests, we expressly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the apartment.
