The hotel is beautiful with unique rooms; comfortable and very well maintained.
The owners were helpful with navigation tips, restaurant recommendations and ticket information.
Many restaurants, cafes, and shops are on the street and it is very convenient to the tram.

We loved this property! Everyone was so cordial and helpful, in fact we had to give Christina (the owner) a big hug when we left. Breakfast was amazing! And tram transportation in front of the door, what else do you need?

Lovely small hotel in a perfect location - bus from train station and tram line anywhere you need to go in Vienna but walkable everywhere apart from Belvedere.
Reception staff superb for directions and recommendations.

Hotel Kugel Wien was a wonderful experience for the first stay of our honeymoon. The room itself was cute and romantic, and the location was great, a trendy area with some great cafes and a short walk to shopping as well as historical sites and the Museum Quarter. Christina was unbelievably helpful and friendly with check-in and offering recommendations for nearby restaurants, coffee, and sights to see. They even had a little surprise for us as they knew it was our honeymoon, and all the staff met us with smiles and warm welcomes. Would definitely recommend for a trip to Vienna.
