We didn't know what to expect when booking this hotel...but this turned out to be a great hotel to stay at. They greeted us with a welcome drink and a comp bottle of wine in the room. The staff was super helpful. They even packed us a to go breakfast box for our early flight out. The location can't be beat! you are in the center of everything you can literally walk strait to the end of the Arch and all the shopping is just around the corner. It's a bit touristy with the food options since you are in the center of the main tourist spots, but you can wander a bit off the beaten path and find some great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great visit. The front desk staff (Nicole and Ali) were so kind and truly made the stay better! The hotel is in a great spot for tourists with a 5 mins walk to the Rossio station and tons of restaurants nearby.
