Amazing property but not having a front desk is an adjustment

Loads of small good quality shops and vintage shop, brassierie etc in the area. Ask the concierge and they will guide you.

Outstanding location in historic building is let down by understaffed and mediocre service. The hotel has no spa, no gym and breakfast area is shared with external guests. Hopelessly understaffed cafe with kind but inadequate service and speed. Communal areas need immediate renovation.

What a wonderful Boutique hotel in a superb location in the Place des
Vosges. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was inspiring. Thank you for your superb hospitality and also for helping our friends out with temporary luggage storage.
