Big room and big bathroom, the mattress is comfortable. The communication with the staff is excellent, they reply immediately and are willing to help. Location is fantastic, lots of bars and restaurants and just a 30’ walk from centre.
It crosses a lot the line when it comes to the fundamentals in hospitality. I get that they are not a hotel, but they only give 1 sheet to cover, and the duvet that was in the closet, had nasty stains all over and no duvet cover. I wasn’t expecting duck feather duvet or something, but at least you can get a duvet cover to hide the stains and can regularly wash.
The sheets feel rough also. And the towels had a musty funny smell, I even asked for a new set of towels and the new ones had the exact same scent, so probably not washed for a while and stuck somewhere smelling like mold. Nothing smelled fresh overall.
Like I said, I get that they are not a hotel, but these things even a simple Airbnb should provide.

Posizione molto comoda a pochi passi da Porta Pia, tanti locali, un mercato coperto e l'Ambasciata del Regno Unito. La camera è spaziosa così come il bagno. C'è uno spazio comune con le altre camere che consiste in una mini-cucina ma non molto utilizzabile. Il letto è comodo e tutto è molto bello e pulito (illuminazione, spazi, finiture).
Finestre molto sottili e rumorosità dalla strada. E anche la porta è molto sottile e non isola i rumori (es. se altri ospiti in altre camere rientrano tardi)
