Komunikacja z personelem idealna od samego początku. To przestronne 3 pokoje z łazienkami i miejsce na sofie w salonie. My spędziliśmy tydzień w siedem osób w tym miejscu. Było dużo miejsca i apartament jest do tego przygotowany.
Idealnie polożony bo przy przystanku autobusu 23 który dowozi w pobliże głównych atrakcji Rzymu. Okolica cicha i spokojna, a w pobliżu pełna kawiarenek, tawern, sklepów.

The appartment is huge, really huge
Appartment was renovated in a truly special taste
If you will arrive to the property during the day until 17:00 18:00 you will find space for your car
The location is a bit distant from the center so San Paulo itself is a boaring place
Many maintenace issue are in the appartment, blockage in 2 showers so you cant really use it
The appartment has a STRONG impossible odor of tobacco or something like this in the living room that cant be removed
All the windows are pointing to other building so its not really convinient to sit there during the day there is no privacy

Hello all,
The staff at San Paolo Charme maintains constant communication with guests, regardless of the time, and can assist with information on sightseeing or transportation. The apartment is exceptionally clean! It features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 balconies, and a living room with a very large-screen TV. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, and all four sets support streaming platforms like Netflix, HBO, etc.
The apartment is equipped with a full set of dishes, a fridge-freezer, an electric oven, a washing machine, an iron, etc.
The apartment is fitted with double-glazed windows, and for those who need peace and quiet to rest, San Paolo Charme is the perfect location!
Stella handles the accommodation; she is a very communicative and attentive person, always ready to help!
Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with wall-mounted air conditioning units that are fully functional and regularly maintained; the AC is a real blessing during the summer. The apartment features its own heating system, a washing machine, an iron, and other amenities. Every room is fitted with electrically operated external metal shutters, providing total darkness for those who need it for a restful sleep.
The apartment is located in a very quiet area on the second floor (Apartment 11), at the terminus of bus line 23, which offers a direct route to the Vatican (16 stops). The bus runs every 30 minutes. It takes about 15 minutes to walk briskly to the nearest metro station (Basilica San Paolo). There is no direct metro connection to Ciampino Airport; I recommend booking a car or minivan transfer in advance.
It takes about 15 minutes (6 stops) to get from Basilica San Paolo to Termini metro station (Line B). To reach Flaminio metro station, you need to transfer at Termini station to Metro Line B (another 4 stops). From both metro stations, you can reach the departure points for organized excursions outside Rome (Tuscany, Umbria, Amalfi, Positano, Florence, Pisa, etc.).
